“We were looking for a relaxing lowkey week and this place was perfect for us. In a few steps to the lake, and neighborhood walks. Our dog had a fenced in yard all to herself. The house is well appointed. Comfortable lounging, spacious and clean. We so appreciated the TV with cable and Netflix, the kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice to have decent cookware and utensils to cook with. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! ”

“It’s amazing to stay in a historical home and have the opportunity to enjoy the home’s very well documented timeline. This home exceeded our expectations and brought up memories for my aunts of their own childhoods. The five of us ranged in age from 51 to 86. “Flagstaff and this property worked great as a gateway to hike in the Grand Canyon and in Sedona. We also hiked the trails in Flagstaff as well. Property was very large and comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooked several dinners in the kitchen which is large and well stocked. Overall, great experience.”

“This property was all VRBO advertised. We were so pleased! My kids did not want to leave. We were able to spread out comfortably and enjoy the views from the many porches. The kids spent hours in the pool. It was such a great refuge from the heat of Arizona in June, but we still felt productive on our vacation because of the scenery all around. I have already recommended to friends! Thanks so much for the awesome memories!”

“This home was perfect for our family of 7. Our son was getting married at the Enchantment Resort, about 15 minutes up the road. Quiet cul de sac and access to several trailheads nearby. Also just down the road from Safeway, restaurants, bank and more. Great outdoor space as well, we would definitely rent this home again.”

“The house was tucked away in a neighborhood in West Sedona with a beautiful view of the rocks. Several excellent hiking trails were just a few minutes away! We loved being out of the hubbub of Uptown but an easy drive in. Pete and Theresa were excellent hosts and communicators, and the house was very well appointed for guests! Would absolutely stay again!”
