“We were very pleased with all aspects of this rental. Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! We will stay here every trip we take to the rainbow!”

“Stayed 3 nights at this wonderful cabin! Everything was just as listed. AC was nice and cold; everything we could possibly need was there for us! There was even an air fryer, crock pot and griddle! Extra towels were provided as well as beach towels. The kayaks were a great addition, as were the passes to get on the river. That saved a lot of time in the morning when we wanted to get out before the masses of people! The only thing we didn’t know about was how to get the kayaks back to KP hole if...

“Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist.”

“We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We fished from the dock (caught one small bass), played pool, which we especially enjoyed and relaxed with a game of cards, a book or a movie. There was just the two of us but the house has plenty of room for a family or group of friends or other couples. Thanks for a fun stay!”

“Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.”

“Great property, very clean and cozy, fire pit and hammocks. We used the GPS to go to Rainbow springs and it took us to the wrong entrance (tubbing entrance). Then a very friendly and helpful young lady gave us directions to the main entrance and it was a right and a left to the park from our place. Seriously it is really close to the park. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. Already making plans.”

We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend!”

“Good facility for all the family with 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the little coffee bar provided. Good location for shopping as not far from Butler Plaza. Great, communicative host. Beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen had practically everything we needed. Everyone said they were very comfortable.”
