“I spent three nights here whilst away for work, I got there late on the first night and a late check-in was no problems, the staff here are fantastic, really nice people and always happy to talk, the hotel is in nice grounds with horse fields out the front, I went for a run around the local area and it was nice. “Great location opposite a huge mall that has lots of options for shopping and dining. The hotel does not have parking onsite. There is a place for you to park for maximum of 10 minutes before you get fined. The actual parking is just behind, a multi-storey car park that is part of the mall. It has lift access for you to roll your bags and takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff!”

“Everything very smooth. Polite friendly staff. Room lovely, excellent pillows. Everything u need in a room. Ironing board, iron, fridge even a dyson air blower. Plus the usual everyday requirements. The convenience of having a restaurant all in one was great after a long journey. Breakfast very tasty and served on piping hot plates always a plus in my book. Would find it hard to deduct any marks from this venue. Definitely would recommended. ”

“Everyone at this hotel is so nice and welcoming. Everyone always had a smile and were willing to help in any way. The hotel and gardens are breathtaking. It’s absolutely beautiful and a very different experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were spot on. They had entertainment and honestly we loved our stay. The one and only thing I would ask for is AC in the room and even then I still give them a 5 star. I would love to come back. ”

“This hotel is as wonderful as they say. Absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is delicious and has the best coffee. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good. We stayed here for 1 night, pre cruise out of Southampton. It was only a 30 minute taxi ride to port. Romsey is a small (1,000 people) town, the prettiest little English town you'll ever see.
