“We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! ”

“We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. “Drew was an amazing host, very responsive to text and messages. The House is amazing, Very Clean, and set up nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff you you wouldn't think of. I hope I have a need to visit SC again. Thank you Drew, my friends and family had an amazing time celebrating my daughters graduation from UoSC. Only complaint is the driveway is small, and shaped weird, I had a hard time getting my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. ”

“This property was absolutely perfect for my son’s graduation from the University of South Carolina. My extended family stayed here and it’s only a 25 minute to 30 minute drive to campus. The house is beautiful, the backyard pool area is stunning, and renting the boat was a nice added benefit. Sunsets are gorgeous, wildlife is beautiful and the house is very comfortable. Communication between the host was outstanding and our overall stay was wonderful. Thank you and we’d love to come back.”

“A beautiful home, located in the middle of the lake. We kept the boat on the dock and went south one day and north next. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful back porch/deck and comfortable beds! Curtis was extremely responsive to messages as well. Will look to book this home again next spring! ”

“I stayed at the property for a large fishing tournament. The boat ramp in the back made it a great place to stay. The grass didn't hold up during the rain but our host coordinated with the folks next door and they allowed me to use their ramp the rest of the week. The house was clean and quiet. I really was gone most of the day at 4 am and back in the evening so I can't comment more. I would not hesitate to stay again. If I have to give my money to a business or rental I do not mind at all...

“I stayed here with my family and had an awesome time! We were so impressed by the amount of things that were supplied for us. There was as so much to do. The covered deck and completely fenced in yard is amazing. The location was awesome as well. We loved fishing off the dock and taking out the kayaks. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
