“A beautiful and quiet spot on the water, only a few miles from town. We heard loons and saw a bald eagle grab a fish from the pond. The house itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable. ”

“We absolutely loved the location of the cottage with fantastic views of the lake from almost every room. It was quiet and we felt safe there. The cottage was nicely decorated and looks to have been updated recently. Gaining access was very easy and customized to us. The owner, Ben, was very responsive to our needs. “We took our teens with friends for an ice fishing getaway. Caught yellow perch, pickerel & even large mouth bass! Perfect set up. Excellent camp with good supplies. Perfect indoor & outdoor fireplaces. Amazing covered porch with screens & wind protection. Great neighborhood. ”

“Perfect, quiet weekend away for my husband and I! The front porch was where we spent all our time. Very clean, anything we needed was available, and Kim was very communicative in making sure we were all set. As with many Maine camps, very steep stairs to the upstairs sleeping area but it’s well lit. Neighbors are very close but everyone was nice and welcoming. We rented a boat for the day from Merrill’s Marina half a mile away and explored the lake that way. We would definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful location and camp. Quiet cove on the lake with a great dock for swimming, boating and sunning! Directions were confusing and GPS not really reliable. Would stress just to take Lakeview Plantation Rd from Milo to boat launch and then follow host directions from there. Also, only shower is an outdoor shower which I loved but it’s not for everyone and if weather wasn’t better it might have been as fun!! Very clean and spacious property with great privacy and an amazing screened porch. ”
