Loved my stay in this spacious clean 2nd floor unit with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Hosts were very thoughtful in providing snacks that I would appreciate. Enjoyed spending time relaxing on the outdoor porch and found it easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had so much charm. Everything was clean and well cared for, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The owners were very kind, responsive, and so accommodating throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be a trip to remember and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend to anyone staying in Charleston!

This 1850s house is lovely on the inside. The kitchen has all your basic needs . Paul was great to work with and many places are within easy walking distance. We loved our stay and highky recommend it for others.

Place is centrally located. Able to walk to shops, tourist areas and river walks. Apartment is spacious with high ceilings and nicely furnished. History is interesting too. Paul and Anna are helpful and attentive hosts.

Spent 3 wonderful days in Charleston for a girls weekend. This "1850's Charleston Treasure" was the perfect place to stay. Great location that was walkable to EVERYTHING! Charming coffee shop is located 3 doors down. Free parking for one of our cars and a parking garage nearby for 24 a day for the other car. (This is a huge plus!) The condo had everything we needed. Spacious bedroom with 2 comfortable beds, updated bath, charming kitchen and a large comfortable living area ... perfect for enjoying our early morning coffee and late night talks. Would definitely stay here again!

Paul and Anna were wonderful hosts. Their property was clean, inviting, and beautiful. The location was perfect if you're looking for a place within walking distance of the major downtown attractions. We look forward to returning to Charleston and staying with them in the future.

We stayed here for a long weekend while enjoying the area and moving our daughter into the dorm. Fantastic location, and easy to walk to coffee, shops, restaurant, CofC campus. Paul was easy to communicate with. Classic Charleston house. We would stay again!

This was a great location as far as getting to walk everywhere. If we hadn’t wanted to go to Magnolia plantation we wouldn’t have even needed a car. Paul was VERY fast at responding to my messages and the bedroom was much larger than it appeared online. We were very comfortable there and thanks to the rain spent more time there that we had planned. Kitchen could have been better equipped but we only ate breakfast there so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable and host was excellent!

Great Host and Well-Equipped!

My friends and I had a great stay at this VRBO! The home was clean, well-stocked with all the essentials, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also perfect—just a short drive or walk to downtown, which made exploring the area super convenient. I really appreciated how easy and smooth the whole experience was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our visit to Charleston was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Our hosts Paul and Anna were the absolute best and I highly recommend them. If we ever make it back to Charleston we will be staying here again. I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was decorated so cute and the beds were extremely comfortable.
