Perfect location for beach access as well ad Night heron Park

My husband has worked for a 5-star hotel company for more than 20 years, which has allowed us to enjoy 5-star properties worldwide. This house is of that class in every way. House has a great layout, every amenity you could want, a loaded kitchen, and easy beach access. Beach chairs and towels provided were a bonus!

Great trip!

We had a fabulous experience at this house! The house had everything we needed to make us comfortable for the week. The location was close to the beach and very walkable to The Nest and The Sanctuary. The kitchen was well-stocked allowing us to prepare meals at home. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and Peaceful

Our whole family vacation was very quiet and peaceful this year. The home was beautiful and surrounded by trees which meant shady and quiet. Nice walk to the beach that wasn't loud and over crowed. We enjoyed the week and would consider returning again.

Beautiful modern home

The house is just as described. Fully appointed and stocked kitchen. Close to beach. Mgmt is 100% responsive. Couldn’t have been easier or better. WillDef go back. Thanks!

It was great!

This house was Beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I bring my favorites with me because I have been disappointed in the past, but not here! Iteip was great too!

Perfect Place for Our 3 Generation Family

Everyone in our family (ages 11 to 74) enjoyed staying at this beautiful home during Thanksgiving week. It is spacious yet cozy and the billiard table was a big hit. We could comfortably congregate (especially in the kitchen) but could also easily enjoy alone time within the home or on a walk on the beach. The owners were accommodating and readily available by phone or text.

Should Have Stayed Longer!

We loved our time at Green Winged Teal. It is a large home, light, bright and airy and well furnished, and fit our multi-generational family of 12 perfectly. The spacious bar room and laundry room were a plus. The little ones played in the upstairs game room while the adults gathered comfortably in the living room. Bikes are a must on Kiawah and made the trek to the beach easy. We liked the beach location as it was not crowded, but is in close proximity to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. The extra beach towels provided were handy and the bed linens were nice. We hope to return soon!

Great location and beautiful home!

This property was the perfect place for our extended family to spend the Forth of July week! It is spacious, well located, clean and modern. It was nice to have several spaces for people to congregate. The beach equipment was an added bonus. We had an issue with the AC and they responded quickly and professionally. We love kiawah island and this property just made us love it more! Recommend highly.

Fabulous home

Absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t be more pleased. Only concern was a “noise detection” text received - our chatter may have been “spirited” but there’s no way we bothered any neighbors. Gave me some privacy concerns!

Perfect Kiawah family house

We’ve visited Kiawah Island over a dozen times the last 25 years. This is nicest place that we’ve stayed in. The house is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family of seven (three couples and one baby). Not only were the bedrooms and bathrooms were great but there were aLao ample public spaces such that we did not feel cramped. Also, one-year-old grandson made good use of the toys. Finally, we like to cook. The kitchen was well appointed with high-quality appliances and implements. Touches like this set this house apart from a lot of other places we’ve stayed.

Top notch beach house

Everything as advertised. The quality of these beach houses is usually on the stuff that's hard to qualify on the listings. This is clearly a rental group that has a highly attentive handle on the details. The house is clean and well stocked with quality appliances and kitchen gear. The internet is great and covered the house well. I really liked the beverage and game area to stage our wine and refreshments.

Fantastic House with everything you’ll need!!!

We had the BEST trip to kiawah and loved Green Winged Teal. The house was immaculate- clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and had a variety of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets that made cooking easier. There were a couple of barstools and the dining table was close by so everybody could hang out. The sectional in the den was so comfortable and also provided plenty of space for the group. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious very very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this house to a group of adults, or even an adult family with grandchildren. It truly was perfect!

Great stay

House was massive and beautiful, just as shown on the listing! Perfect for our group, and Stephen left us a kind welcome gift and was super helpful the whole weekend. However, there must have been some sound machine in the house that captured a lot of our talking at night. We had multiple automated text messages saying our noise decibels were too high, but nothing was able to be heard outside of the home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. We hosted our growing family of 9 adults and a baby and the house had plenty of room, comfortable beds, a separate bar / icemaker area where one of our sons created many delicious concoctions! We cooked every morning and night (we brought our own instant pot and waffle maker ), and played games at the huge kitchen table. The water pressure in the master was phenomenal!! We rented bikes and some of us would ride to the beach (5 min ) while a couple of the guys pulled the wagon for the 10 minute walk. The house AC worked perfectly, and the extra beach towels were appreciated. Hard to leave Kiawah. Thanks for the memories!

Best long weekend ever

We arrived Thursday afternoon and found a beautiful clean house ready for us. Everything was as pictured. The house is super cozy and well appointed with everything you need on vacation. We didn’t cook but the house is set up to cook. Appliances are new and top of the line. It’s super convenient to have 3 different coffee systems. BIG bonus points to have a stand alone ice maker. The location is exceptional. It’s close to everything! The Nest is minutes away. The beach is a short walk and super easy to find and it’s stunning. We brought a lot of baby stuff but the house has a high chair, porta crib and a baby bath tub. Would definitely rent again next year when we will Have a 7 month old and a year and half old.
