I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.
The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan`s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

OP2025-06629 OP2025-06628 Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

Extremely central and great for groups
We were a wedding party and had 13 people. Everyone was comfortable. There is a lovely balcony and backyard patio that we made use of when the temperature came down. The location could not be more central to upper king street. Within 1 block we had multiple coffee shops, a bodega, and several restaurants, including a few stellar breakfast/lunch spots. Highly recommend

Great!
Booked this property for a work trip with 5 coworkers. Everything was great - we had a short drive to the conference, used the Wonderer gym every day, and overall had a great time in Charleston. The house is a little awkward in that it's two separate units. We used the downstairs as our gathering and cooking space, so those of us staying upstairs had to walk outside to get to breakfast. Not bad, just a little odd. We walked to Chez Nous across the back alley for a wonderful, albeit quite pricey, dinner.
