Close to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great tiny room. Mostly clean, when the AC broke they fixed next morning. Stove didn’t work well and too small for a lot of cooking.

Relaxing Vacation!

We had a terrific time on the Isle of Palms in this oceanfront condo! The convenient location to the beach and restaurants and shopping was great. The place was clean and comfortable!

Annual 4th of July Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love almost everything about staying at the Sea Cabins every year. However, this condo needs a new mattress on the bed. The existing one is very uncomfortable. The stove also needs to be updated. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location but really showing their age

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here several times over the past few years. As good of a location as you can get on IOP. However, these units are really showing their age and the cleanliness and overall feel is not the best. They’re not nasty but when they’re turned over for next guests, they hit the high spots. Would like to see if/when they actually do a clean, clean, on the units.

Stay was great!

The unit was as shown. Clean and plenty of utensils to use as needed. Would stay again when in Isle of Palms.

Excellent place

Great place and location. Nice size for two. We really enjoyed the beach and the private pier. Easy walk to some restaurants. Needed some light blocking shades in the bedroom. Tried messaging through the app but didn't receive a reply. We would return.

Sea Cabins

Overall it was a great trip. The only thing is they gate to the beach to keep the public out of the parking lot was not working and just stayed unlocked. This let large numbers of people just walk through, after talking to people it had been that way for some time. Other than that it was a nice place.

Dated condo. Great location.

Condo was fine for two people but bed is not even a queen. Barely big enough for two adults. Couch was very old and didn’t look very clean. Location is great but two thousand other people agreed.

Great beach location for families

We loved how close this place was to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast each day. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and riding bikes around town. Our 11-year old thought the bunk beds were small so we used the pull out couch as an additional bed. We enjoyed the pool and used the laundry facilities on site. Communication with the property management was good. I'd recommend this place for a small family or family with young children. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Fun Beach Vacation

My husband and our 2 boys visited IOP for the first time and we chose the Sea Cabins for the location, proximity to the beach, and the pool. The bedroom was very small and hardto maneuver with the way the bed was arranged, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable to the point that we slept on the couch bed the last 2 nights of our stay. We flew so we had limited resources and ended up having to buy beach towels, and shower items. We had a great trip, the beach was beautiful and easy access to restaurants wasvery convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect for our small family. Great centralized place. Everywhere we were interested in going was within walking distance. Only disappointment was they had texted on arrival day that the parking lot was flooded. Would have been nice to have been informed in one of their prior emails keeping me updated about the storms coming through.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms. The location of the condo was great along with the amenities that were offered. The one down fall for us was that the description stated that it had ocean views but it really doesn't because the condo is on the first floor. Also, the bedroom needs darkening blinds/curtains. The outside light shines in at night. The condo itself was clean but it seemed to have a musty smell when you walk in. Other than those few things, the condo was great!!

Good location but over priced

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location is great it’s a quick walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants. The overall condition of the condo was okay, we did find a few roaches during our stay and sorted management but were told they start appearing before they spray and they didn’t do anything about it. Also if you are flying in be aware they don’t have any beach towels for guest in their beach condo. We rented chairs for the local company and glad we did because there were no chairs at the condo anyways. For the price you are better off staying at a hotel that’s cleaner and in the same general location.
