Perfect home away from home! Location was extremely walkable yet tucked away and it's own little oasis away from the action! We really loved everything from the room itself to the koi pond and the heated pool. It was a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate after lots of walking and enjoying Charleston! Hosts were awesome! We will be back!

Adorable Stay in Charleston

This property was beautiful. It was like a little oasis in the city! I would definitely recommend. It was very hot when we were there but the cool suite and pool offered a break from the heat. We had everything we needed and when I had questions, the host answered within minutes. The bed was very comfortable with all kinds of pillows to choose from and the noise machine was a nice addition. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Great location and beautiful courtyard!

This small, but very efficient suite was in a great location. Ubers were easy to get if the walk was further than you wanted to go. The bed was extremely comfortable as was having the ceiling fan and noise machine in the bedroom. We liked having a larger size fridge for drinks and leftovers. And we appreciated the ice tray in the freezer so we could fill our water bottles before we left for a day. Great water pressure in the bathroom and I loved that they had a Dyson hairdryer! The pool was clean and a very comfortable temperature. And the courtyard setting was beautiful. The only negative and I would never take off for it, is that they might want to add that the alleyway is very uneven bricks so you need to carry any luggage you have as it doesn’t roll. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

Charming Place

This place is perfectly located off of Upper King and was very charming with all the Charleston feels you would want. We had an issue with the place being a bit too warm for us when we first got there, but they quickly addressed it.

CHC Misrepresented this unit

This unit was advertised as a one bedroom and one bath unit. There is no bedroom and the unit is beyond tiny. There is no closet space or drawers. The parking is two blocks around a corner over broken cobble stones. This unit was blatantly misrepresented.

Charming

This studio was very charming and just as described. It fit 2 adults well but would have been tight with a child. The grounds/courtyard were kept up very well and the pool was warm for evening swims. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect pied a terre

We stayed here 2 nights while in Charleston for a wedding. Compact but very clean and just right for two. We enjoyed coffee by the koi pond each morning and felt far removed from the bustle of the city. The property was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Convenient to many restaurants. Most importantly, it comes with a parking space - a precious commodity in Charleston!

Wonderful property at the heart of Charleston

Everything was clean and felt like new and luxorious, though the houses looked historical from the exterior side. Heated pool was amazing and was cleaned from leaves and other natural rubbish every day. Walking distance from bars and restaurants were a big plus and historical Charleston is practically at the door step. Would definitely like to return here!

Best Place Ever

For staying in downtown Charleston this was the BEST place. So close to everything and to be able to walk to everything and stay where it looks like Charleston. The court up was our favorite with the large koi pond and heated pool. Clean, updated and so comfortable. Again best place ever.
