The Space:

This listing is for the downstairs unit.



There are a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a large living area. The City of Charleston limits occupancy of this unit to no more than 4 unrelated people or a family of any size, and limits areas available for sleeping to bedrooms. We limit family occupancy to no more than 8 people. Please respect the City of Charleston rules, and please respect our limit on family size. If you have a family larger than 8 people, or if you have more than 4 unrelated people, you can also rent the upstairs unit, which is the same size as this downstairs unit.



The large kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooking tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area.



Guest Access:

This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. MUSC is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough Neighborhood. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just four short blocks from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!



Getting Around:

Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide three (3) off-street parking spaces. We suggest an economy size vehicles to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets. Uber & Lyft are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

- Family maximum size is 8 guests, and for non-families City of Charleston regulations prohibit any more than 4 unrelated people.

- Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable

- Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

- No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.
