This historic antebellum home has been reimagined as "The Palms of Charleston" – a luxurious retreat with timeless charm. Enjoy a beautifully designed space and access to a serene shared courtyard with a hot tub. All just 1 block from King St!
Please note: The home is divided into 3 completely separate suites — A, B, and C. Each suite has a private entrance with dedicated porch seating. The courtyard and hot tub are shared by all 3 suites.
This listing is for Suite A – the entire ground floor.

Guest Access:
• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and its front porch. The courtyard and hot tub are shared with Suites B + C.
• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.
• Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.
Getting Around:
• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops
• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions
• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown
Other Things to Note:
• No parties or events.
• This home is divided into 3 completely separate suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B + C are located on the second & third floors. The courtyard and hot tub are shared by all 3 suites.
• Hot Tub hours: 9 AM - 9 PM
• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.
• This home is not child-proofed. Families with infants are welcome, but please be aware of this.
• For security purposes only, there are 3 exterior cameras that may record video and audio. They monitor the entrances to each suite and the courtyard. Cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.
• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
