  • Find an oasis of calm in a recently refurbished apartment done in soothing neutral tones from the rugs to soft gray paintwork. Traditional touches are still found in the wainscoting and wood trim as well as a comfy wing chair in the living room.

    The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

    You will have access to the entire apartment!

    We are available to make your visit to historic Charleston a memorable escape to absorb the southern hospitality and charm of this world renowned destination. We will provide check-in instructions one week prior to your arrival, but if you have any questions in the meantime, we’ll be happy to answer them. One of our staff members will always be in town if you need anything, but you will be sure to have full and complete privacy while enjoying your stay.

    Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. Main streets are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine.

    Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:

Walking distance to King Street but if you couldn’t walk, there are plenty of Ubers. Great neighborhood to stay.

Charm of old neighborhood with fresh, new construction

Beautiful property, clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds. Nice location with good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Short pleasant walk to upper King St. and 5-7 drive to City Market area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The unit was well maintained close to all activities in Charleston. The staff was extremely friendly and communicating was easy. The unit is extremely nice, quiet and modern. you are close to all that downtown Charleston offers. Great place and look forward to staying again!

Perfect place for a quick trip to CHS!

Fantastic Property and Location!

Great memories from our stay in Charleston, and our property was top notch! The property management/hosts were excellent with communication and check in/check out processes were great! Already want to come back

This property is decorated beautifully and located in a perfect location. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston, but close enough that it was a quick walk from many good bars and restaurants. Communication was prompt with the property manager when requesting check in information.

The condo was everything advertised. Great location, very walkable to King St and all that it has to offer. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a perfect size for the three of us. Would definitely rent again! Thanks!

This is a comfortable apartment. It has a good kitchen ( although it would benefit by having a few basic foods like vinegar and olive oil). The overall vibe is new but bland. Parking is extra.

everything we wanted and needed!

we had a last-minute change to this VRBO and we are so glad we did! The location is PRIME, could easily walk to the main drain. Parking was easy as well as accessibility to our unit. Place was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE, the perfect setup for our group of girls! We couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were. My one request would be plusher towels. Lastly, we felt so spoiled by the nearby coffee shop! All in all a lovely, wonderful stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean and just as advertised. Good location, just half mile from King Street and an easy walk. There is no need to pay for on-site parking. Just get the street parking passes. I never had a problem getting a close parking pass.
