Enjoyed our stay. Close to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Nice yard for our dog. Very clean and host was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was very cleaned and stocked with everything we needed plus some! The water pressure was amazing! Will definitely be back.

A phenomenal atmosphere. Everything was so close for us to go to. The beach, the restaurant, the tours, it was amazing. The room were very clean. Smelt great in there. Parking was very simple as well. I really enjoyed that we had privacy. Chris was a phenomenal host. Can’t wait to visit here again.

Perfect place for our weekend in Charleston! Quiet neighborhood that was only a 10 or so minute drive from downtown Charleston. Had lots of stores nearby if you’re in need of anything fast. Lovely backyard for my dog to run around in. Highly recommend!

Cottage was in a great location with ease of access to the beach, local shops and not too far from central attractions. Enjoyed the outdoor grill and yard. Was quiet location. Tidy place. Was great to park right up along the cottage off the street.

We needed a place on James Island close to our kids, and this was great. Nice and quiet. Chris was quick to respond when we had a need. We will definitely considering staying here again on our next visit.

It was exactly what we were looking for. On James island and only a short drive into Charleston. The guest house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We enjoyed our accommodations and location! We were able to experience the best of both worlds of Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. We appreciated the available amenities including beach chairs and umbrella! Perfect space for two looking to explore the city of Charleston.

The property was clean and had all amenities needed for the stay. Host, Chris, was very helpful and always replied quickly to inquiries. Parking was on the property and very convenient. This property is pet friendly with a nice yard to take the dog out without any disturbances. Location was excellent to see the sights in Charleston and the surrounding area.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located. Easy to get to Folly Island and downtown Charleston. My pup and I went to Cuda Co. per the owners recommendation in the guide book. Do not sleep on this place. 10/10 for seafood. I’d definitely stay at this location again!

We loved the outside area and outside shower...so great! Inside the house, everything was clean, anything you needed was provided; there was a great attention to detail, beautiful photographs of local areas, and a very cozy, comfy vibe.

Perfect spot for a couples getaway!

In between Charleston and Folly Beach, it was a perfect little place for us to be able to get around and see multiple areas in an extended weekend. Chris the owner thought of just about anything you would need while staying. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and I would highly recommend!

James Island retreat

A great studio apartment that’s pet friendly. The outdoor shower is a great bonus especially after time at the beach. Chris is a great host and provided everything we needed for a few days of R&R. The park down the street is a fantastic place to watch the sunrise or sunset. Convenient location for Folly Beach, shopping, restaurants or accessing Charleston and the surrounding area.
