Very clean, quiet room. Very well thought out, lots of nice touches. The pool area was adorable and a very nice perk. Love that chairs were provided for outdoor seating. Hosts were very accommodating and they made sure we were comfortable. If in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Perfect for a few days of exploring Charleston. Private parking is a plus. Enjoyed our time and would book again. No issues whatsoever. Communication was clear for all instructions.

Perfect location, off street parking was good. Our host Courtney was quick to help us with any of our needs. This property is a very small well cared for & sparkling clean. There is only a bedroom. Be aware that carrying any luggage up the spiral staircase is very challenging. The wet bathroom works very well. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The location was ideal, close enough to walk downtown, but set in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our host Courtney was extremely accommodating and hospitable.

Overall, this property is perfect for a 1-2 night stay, but I wanted stay longer than that. However, there is mold in the shower “cubby” hole all over the brick. Pool is nice and you’re about a 15 minute walk or less from downtown.

The property is beautifully laid out and easy access. We spent two nights in the single room. The pool was an added bonus, small and just right. The only con was the mosquitoes, bugs in Charleston can be bad. Next time, I plan on staying at other spaces on the property which includes apartments and a full house .

This host is outstanding. The host is quick to make very good suggestions, provided detailed information about check in and check out, provided accommodations like umbrellas that are simple, but often overlooked. The setting is wonderful and near several restaurants. It was exactly as described, with no shortage of any of the necessities, such as towels, coffee (sure, I consider it a necessity), and other things that can be easily overlooked. You will see why this host has such solid reviews.

Beds and sheets were cozy and soft. High speed internet. New airconditioner. Bottle of wine and a variety of coffees. Towels were huge, thick and soft. Mini frig and tv. Great hot water but not a fan of the bathroom as the shower. The floor by the toilet and door gets wet.

We were so pleased with our stay this past weekend! It was a lovely, comfortable, clean room locally situated to lots of activities. The owner, Courtney, was extremely pleasant to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone to stay in when visiting Charleston! Courtney was amazing and went above and beyond as a host. The room was perfect for 2 people, and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure and hot water also. The staircase is tight but we had no issues going up or down with or without our luggage. We would stay here again and again.

Courtney gave us an awesome room! There's lots to love and it helped accentuate an already lovely stay in a gorgeous town. The host was sujper responsive and even answered any questions we had in the days leading up to the stay. Entry was super easy. First, we were greeted with exclusive private parking in the backyard. We share with other cars but the lots are quite roomy and it was big enough that I saw a handyman fit his F150 and trailer through the lot. The access key was intuitive and the French doors made it very easy to get bigger parcels in. Lets get this out of the way, there is a helical staircase that gives preference for big luggage or healthy knees. But bear in mind there are other rooms in this home and its easy to get used to the 2nd story walk. Upon entry, we are greeted with a well renovated room. The bed was large and well appointed. The sheets were super clean and there as helpful storage all around the place. Its the right balance of cozy and accommodating. The AC unit blew cold and entertainment on lazy/rainy days was easy with Hulu/Netflix on the TV while kicking back on coffee, tea and wine courtesy of the host. The bathroom is a simple design and well laid out. Out on the street expect a 20+ min walk to the tourist spots north/south of town. With a car then walking arrangement its very easy. The place was safe and quiet even during early mornings and late nights. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this place and will certainly come back. Communication was fast and professional, property location was perfect and so was the room with all amenities. It is a small room but you can make it work with no problem. The house and room just gave us a super cozy feeling. Thank you Courtney for everything and we will be back.

Perfect accommodations for mother-daughter or 2 smaller people. we enjoyed our stay, clean with nice attention to details and was within walking distance to everything downtown. Please note that the only access to the room is via a very narrow, steep spiral staircase... keep in mind when carrying luggage. not recommended for an elder person. Also, lots of ongoing construction in the parking lot.

This was a perfect and comfortable place to stay while visiting Charleston. Many places to visit within walking distance and others a short ride away. Off street parking was a plus. Great little spot for a weekend !

We were not made aware of the fact that the property was a construction site until a couple of hours prior to our arrival. The room was fine although a little smaller than expected. Everything was neat and clean, and the host was very receptive to our needs. The parking area and all around the outside of the house was very crowded and dusty due to construction vehicles, etc. We felt that a little more warning on what to expect, prior to leaving our home in NJ for our two week stay would have been a little more thoughtful and considerate!
