Mansión renovada de estilo antebellum de la década de 1850 en el centro de la ciudad

Vive como un local en este espectacular apartamento de tres dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en el centro de Charleston. Ubicado en una casa histórica que data de 1851, cada detalle del alquiler fue completamente renovado en 2017 para ofrecer pisos de pino de corazón antiguo, paredes de lengüeta y ranura, herrajes europeos que datan del período original de la casa, una cocina totalmente personalizada, una lavadora nueva. y secadora, y más.

El plano es ideal para socializar con un concepto abierto de sala de estar y cocina comedor en un extremo y las tres habitaciones en el extremo opuesto. La sala de estar y la cocina dan a la calle Cannon, una de las calles más vibrantes del vecindario Cannonborough-Elliotborough, hogar de muchas tiendas y restaurantes populares a solo unos pasos del alquiler.

La cocina personalizada preparada por el chef cuenta con electrodomésticos de cocina de alta gama que hacen que sea conveniente preparar cualquier comida, aunque con tantos excelentes restaurantes a pocas cuadras del alquiler, puede ser difícil resistirse a salir a comer. Fuera de esta sala de estar / área de cocina hay un porche clásico de Charleston, que ofrece a los huéspedes un área al aire libre para visitar y observar a la gente.

Las tres habitaciones cuentan con cómodas camas queen con ropa de cama lujosa. Dos de las tres habitaciones cuentan con baño privado completo (ducha e inodoro, sin bañera). Uno de los dos baños se abre tanto al dormitorio como al pasillo, lo que permite que el tercer dormitorio acceda al baño desde el pasillo justo al lado de la habitación.

El alquiler se encuentra en el segundo piso (escalera de caracol!) de la casa y es uno de los tres alquileres que ofrecemos dentro de la casa. Por favor, pregunte si está interesado en reservar más de un alquiler y estaremos encantados de tratar de acomodar fiestas más grandes en nuestros otros alquileres. Un lugar de estacionamiento en el lugar está disponible para el alquiler, con espacio para estacionar un automóvil más al otro lado de la calle en un estacionamiento que alquilamos.

Better than expected, pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms are large, with comfy beds. Cute bathrooms with era type decor. Kitchen well stocked and super cute! The Southern porch is the real winner! Large, comfy and lamp lit for a cozy ambiance. The one note is the narrow spiral staircase to enter the residence. For 3 older women with suitcases, it took a team effort. Loved it!

The Charlestonian is in a great location within walking distance of some great dining and shops. The apartment has a nice vibe with interesting and unique design choices. The beds were very comfortable with high end linens. Both the front veranda and back porch are very comfortable with teak furniture and accessories. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cookware and utensils to prepare meals if you choose to stay in and cook. Also, having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We had a great week at Charleston. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience downtown Charleston.

Great spot near king street. Good bagel spot nearby. Owners provided great coffee and tea as well as board games. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Met one of the owners who was delightful and let us tour the other upstairs unit. Clearly they have put a lot of sweat equity in this place!

We were in town for a wedding, this was the perfect place to stay for access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and just touring Charleston. Loved the historic features of the beautiful home! The kitchen was small but beautifully designed and had everything we needed. My husband loved the extra large coffee mugs!!

We flew down to Charleston for a girls weekend. This VRBO caught our attention right from the start because of the gorgeous pictures. The location did not disappoint! It was a lovely property in a great location - close enough to everything we wanted to see, but in a residential area that was quiet and safe. We had a blast. We definitely felt pampered. The property was even better than the photos! Clean, spacious, welcoming, and warm. The deck/piazzas were amazing for lounging in the morning. Each bedroom has its own flair and we loved learning about the history of the property. Steps away from great shops and food. Cannot recommend this place and location enough!
