La casa de James Sparrow fue construida en 1797. Es un excelente ejemplo de Charleston Single House en el estilo federal tardío. Esta es una unidad de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños. Un lugar perfecto para grandes reuniones familiares o un fin de semana divertido con amigos. Requerimos una estadía mínima de dos noches de lunes a miércoles y una estadía mínima de tres noches de jueves a domingo. Caminando por las hermosas fachadas de los escalones hacia el gran porche delantero, disfrutará de una sala de estar y un comedor muy grandes y elegantes en el primer piso, así como de una cocina completamente equipada y un medio baño. El segundo piso cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios con dos camas queen en cada uno y ambos con baños en suite. El tercer piso es un espacio fabuloso con dos habitaciones, una con 4 camas individuales y otra con 1 cama individual. Hay un baño completo también. Ubicado en Cannon Street, en el distrito de diseño del centro de Charleston, se encuentra a pocos pasos de restaurantes y bares populares, incluidos dos restaurantes de James Beard. Disfrute de algunos de los mejores locales de Charleston con Hominy Grill, Lana, Two Boroughs Larder, Five Loaves, The Grocery y The Ordinary, todos ubicados a 3 cuadras de la cabaña. Just can't say enough great things about Sparrow as was a true joy to stay there. Just so much charm and character. Lovely morning having coffee on front porch and the wonderful details inside the home just made it such as special week. Convenient to so much walkable and easy check in and check out. Great job and will come back

Charleston stay at Casa Zoe

Check in was seamless and property manager was able to let us check in a little early, which was a bonus. We were there for a bachelorette trip with 12 total girls, and we had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, washcloths, shampoos, etc. Kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better house! Perfect location to everything as well.

Everything about this home was perfect for us! Our grandchildren loved sleeping on the third floor, and felt very snug and happy. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go - fabulous location!

Best Bachelorette

We were in town for a bachelorette weekend. There were 12 of us and this property was perfect! The owners were so accommodating to our needs, and excellent to communicate with. The listing was very accurate so our expectations were certainly met. This property is just a few blocks from King Street so everything we did was walkable or a $10 Uber drive. Also, the air conditioning worked GREAT which we appreciated as the weather was hot and humid!

Wedding Week

We stayed at Sparrow House for daughter’s wedding June 1. It’s perfectly located for walking to King or Southbound restaurant across the street! We had 3 vehicles as it turned out and used two parking spots directly in front of the house. The other parked on the street where there is always plenty of space. We loved having a quick soup or sandwich at Ladles and ate there several times during our hectic week. Lovely big porch for enjoying the evening . Took lots of wedding photos from first look to unburying the bourbon there!!! Everything you need was provided. Just know there are no closets and be prepared . Old houses didn’t have them! We had all the kitchen amenities and WiFi as well as cable. We figured out the last day that Regular programming is on YouTube for this home !!!!! We were very busy so watched little tv but the news. Beds were great ! Baths as well. Top floor was used sparingly by friends and family who came in town for one day before moving to the host hotel. Would highly recommend this home ! It was a magical week at The Sparrow House!

Casa Zoe 1 was perfect for our group… great gathering spaces and also perfect sleeping arrangements… beds were comfortable and cozy. Each of us had a space to relax/sleep. No need to share pristine bathrooms - luxury. Our host/contact responded quickly and offered useful info. Our house was a winner!! Thank you

Southern charm. Good for a larger group

Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient location with dining within short walking distance. A bit further to walk into town but we did it several times.Historic building, I believe in National Register. As such, you want the mindset for staying in an older property. Lots of off-street parking. We would stay there again. Loved the expansive front porch!

50th Girls Birthday

Sparrow Hall was so lovely. We loved every square inch of the home and hated to leave. Eight women stayed comfortably. We drank coffee in the parlor each morning, we played games and drank wine around the dining table each night, and sat and rocked on the porch to decide what we see life looking like now that we’ve all turned 50! We imagined who all have slept here in the last 225 years, walked on those floors, touched the banisters and doorknobs. It was decorated beautifully. I’d love to come back and bring my entire family. Temperature was nice for the people on the third floor. Only thing to note for improvement is the hot water in the attic bathroom only gets hot if the sink hot water is running simultaneously. It took us a bit to figure that out.

Great property and location!!

This house is beautiful and so charming! It’s an easy walk to anything you’d need and the neighborhood felt very safe. The property manager was prompt and responsive. We had an issue with the oven and they were able to fix it right away. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we are back with a big group in the future!

Girls getaway stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Claire was so responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to king street and walking distance to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend this property enough! Gorgeous southern charm styled home. Definitely want to go back!

Perfect Location & Property

This was one of the best & well managed places I have stayed at - the hosts were incredibly communicative & helpful throughout the entire process. The home was beautiful & looked exactly like the photos, we loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings. Perfect location to King street and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere! Couldn’t recommend this property, or the hosts, more!!
