The house was perfect for 4 friends traveling together. We each had our own room and bath. Everything was comfortable. We didn’t cook there but we easily could have. The kitchen had all of the usual appliances, etc. Having a washer and dryer was awesome.

Our stay was good. There were 8 of us… each bedroom had their own bathroom which was a must. There were a few things that could be improved but overall the place was fine for our stay while attending a wedding.

This was a multigenerational girls trip & loved having our own bedrooms & bathrooms. The walk to King Street was nice & we were able to get to all our destinations easily. We didn’t like the street noise & visitors that went through our trash cans, but that isn’t the owners fault. We enjoyed everything about Charl, except the parking!!!

Great convenient property

This property is set up perfectly for space and privacy. We loved the four separate bathrooms and open area for us to spend time together. Love the decor as well. Very cute.

Bachelorette

Good location for bachelorette. We took uber or Lyft everywhere into town which was 7-11 each time. We did have an issue with one of the queen beds, I contacted host and they did send someone over to fix it. We were low on toilet paper and paper towels, host responded right away and said they can reimburse if we bought it ourselves. Renting the bottom was tough when people are above you. It was very very loud, so if you have young kids you might not want to rent that level.

Great spot for Bachelorette!

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party and it was a perfect location to go into downtown Charleston. Super close to the boat launch we did as well.

located on corner near bus stop & traffic light. lots of noise pollution. listing description states there is ‘complimentary’ parking for two vehicles which isn’t true. check-in message stated to park in assigned pay-to-park lot & would be ‘reimbursed at end of stay’ — messaged host about being reimbursed 42 (2 cars for two days) & no response from them — also no ‘reimbursement’ in my account either — deceiving.

This house is great for friends who each want their own bathroom and live on a single floor. The house is clean and comfortable. It’s location is further from downtown than expected from description.

Nice Place on a Busy Street

We had a great visit to Charleston. Location is on busy street but quiet inside. House was fine but low water pressure in bathrooms & TV's had to be fixed by mgmt. Hudson was great & Johnny on the spot. If you bring a pet, there is not much grass around for them to take care of business.

Birthday Weekend

We had a good stay, though we were unaware there was an upstairs to this property. The first night the people were very quiet. On Friday a large group of probably 12, 20 something year olds moved in for the weekend. very noisy going up and down the stairs, especially on our last night.
