    Home Truths:
    - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
    - Apt A is a two-story unit located on the lower level, while Apt B is a two-story unit situated directly above it. Both are in the same building, with one stacked on top of the other.
    - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
    - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

    **Parking Details:**
    - Guests can opt to pay $350/month for one spot in the Liberty Center parking garage which is abt 3 blocks or .2 miles from the property.
    - If guest have another car, or wish to make other arrangements, they will need to find alternative parking. **There is no parking at the property or on the street.**

    This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

    We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

    We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

This property was right in the heart of the French Quarter and so easy to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Waterfront Park and all that Charleston has to offer. We loved living the Charleston city life for a month! Be prepared for being in the middle of the bustle- the beautiful flower boxes out front draw lots of tourist photos and horse-drawn carriage tours stop right outside the window daily. The apartment was newly remodeled and had very nice kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We had a few small hiccups with the door lock, a smoke detector which started beeping loudly after hours, and an issue with our monthly parking, but the property managers made a sincere attempt to resolve everything reasonably quickly. They helped us schedule weekly cleaning and worked around our schedule for those. They were accommodating and brought a tea kettle and hair dryer when I found those things missing upon arrival. The only feedback I'd give the owners is that the bedding linens felt very cheap and somewhat scratchy. This could be a five-star property if they invested in higher quality linens for the beds and a bit more decor to make it feel more cozy. We would stay again though!
