    Welcome to The Lavender Suite!💜 Just steps from King Street, this stylish 3-bedroom 3-bathroom retreat blends modern comfort with Southern charm. Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, this lower level unit features exposed brick, elegant décor, and a warm inviting atmosphere, perfect for your Lowcountry getaway. This property is part of a duplex so there is also the ability to rent as a whole house. Come stay and explore all Charleston has to offer!



    The Space:

    This lower level unit features a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, air conditioning with additional portable fans in each bedroom, and a family-friendly setup. Located just one block from the restaurants and shops of King Street, it's also less than a 20-minute drive to both the airport and nearby beaches.



    Please Note: There is ongoing city and corporate construction nearby. This is an external project not associated with Curated Vacation Properties. While it’s outside our control, we want guests to be aware that there may be some noise or activity in the area due to its close proximity to the home.

    The Lavender Suite 💜 boasts a prime walkable location just one block from the restaurants and shops of King Street, and is less than a 20-minute drive from both the airport and nearby beaches.



    PARKING: This unit offers two (2) off-street parking space for a small to mid-size vehicle.



    Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



    This is a licensed short term rental operating under the permit number OP2025-06298 and Business License BL026169-11-2021



    Guest Access:

    🚫Please note: There is a large, city-approved construction project underway behind the home. Because of the proximity, daytime noise is possible and can be noticeable at times. Work is outside of our control and is not related to Curated Vacation Properties or the home itself. Crews typically operate during standard daytime hours and we do not expect activity in the evenings. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions



    🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

    Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Walk to King Street in minutes or explore neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming.

    As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



    🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



    🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

    We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.



    🏙️ Noise Notice:

    Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

    ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

    ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

    ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

    ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



    🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

    Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



    🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



    🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



    ❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



    🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



    🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



    🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



    🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

    ⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

    ⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

    ⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.



    ✅ By confirming your booking, you agree to the Rental Agreement Policy available on our company website.

    Interaction with Guests:

    Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The unit is beautiful and the common area had plenty of space for all of us to visit! Beds were comfy. Kitchen well appointed, the the location is chef’s kiss! It was perfect! The driveway is very skinny. The listing calls for a small to medium size vehicle and that is definitely important and only one vehicle has parking for the whole unit.

The "host" was amazing...this company was top notch when it came to communication. Fast and so helpful! The place itself was perfect with all three bedrooms having king beds and full baths! LOVE the walking down King Street...1.8 miles to the water and perfect scenery!
