The home is adorable and perfect for a girls weekend. We were able to walk everywhere downtown and enjoy the Christmas fun.

Location was great! Served our needs for a mom/daughter get away. Unseasonably cold during our visit so kitchen/living room level was cold so having some throw blankets would have been helpful.

Or overall opinion of this property is way overpriced. While it was adequate it was the single most bare bones and the most overpriced in the at least one dozen of the VRBOs we've stayed around the US. Luckily we didn't spend much time there.

Our host was great with follow up as we had a few questions and they were answered in a short amount of time. The stay was enjoyable, and the description of this rental did match. Do take into consideration the shower is quite small so do allow for that.

perfect location!

absolutely wonderful stay! will definitely be looking to stay here again. perfect location and nice, safe walk to king street. property was very clean and they were very responsive and accommodating. our flight was delayed and we had nowhere to keep our luggage after checking out but they let us store our luggage until our flight. would 100% reccomend

Perfect for 2

Great location to walk around downtown Charleston. Cute unit that was perfect for the 2 of us and our 4 legged friend. The owner was very commutative, friendly, and helpful. Def filet e recommended rental in the area for a great price!

Great location but small

The place is in a great location but it’s small. Two beds are actually in the hallway upstairs (as in no walls or doors for privacy). But good location within walking distance of a lot of things.

Perfect Location!

A friend and I chose this home for our home base while visiting Charleston. The home was easy to find, parking was right behind the property and most importantly for Charleston in August, the AC worked like a dream. The kitchen is small but well appointed and the living room was cozy enough to order in one night and watch tv. It's important to note that there is only 1 actual bedroom and the other 2 beds are in a loft area. The communication check-in was great, the place was very clean and the instructions and tips for the area were super appreciated. We had one snafu at the end of our trip when someone else parked in our space. We were provided parking at another location which was about a 10 minute walk away. And the people who were renting the property across the hall continually left the door to the building open and unlocked which didn't feel safe, but we locked the door to the apartment anyway. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people who want a place close to downtown that is walkable, but also easily accessible by car to gallivant outside of Charleston!

Cute with lots of personality

The place was cute with a lot of personality. Unfortunately, there was a musty smell In the stair well and the downstairs carried some of that odor. It got better as we were there and we had AC running. Shower was very small and the way the shower head was placed made the bathroom wet. It was good location in regard to King Street but farther than realized to the market area near King Street. The bed was very comfortable and it was worth the money for sure. We loved Charleston and hope to come back and visit.

Great Location

We had a great time staying in the home with our 3 girls. The bed set up is great for a family of 5. Comfortable beds, location was great, and perfect little place for a weekend. Great big TV to watch the football games, and small little kitchen with everything you'd need. Looks just like the pictures.

Weekend stay

The location was decent. It was advertized as a family friendly spot. There were a ton of stairs making it difficult for small children. In my opinion it would be a great travel spot for a young couple just not for a family with some children Shower was tiny. Couch needed a good cleaning. Overall vive was cute.
