Great location

We were in town for my sons wedding and had the whole family with me. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough room for everyone (there was 10 of us), my only complaint was the cleanliness. I feel for what you are charged for the cleaning service, you shouldn’t find human hair balls in the bed, or cob webs that are massive. Other than that, I would recommend staying at the Palmetto…(maybe they can talk to their cleaning service about taking shortcuts)

Charleston Wedding

We stayed @ the Palmetto with our family of 5 adults and their significant others for our oldest daughter's wedding. The house was very spacious with 4 bedrooms/ bathrooms in the main house and a separate cottage with another bedroom/ bathroom. It had a very large kitchen/ seating area, a rooftop patio area, and was within walking distance to King Street. Overall, this house was ideal for our family and Duvet was very responsive to any and all issues!

A nice house. The management team was very responsive any time I had a question. A few of the bathrooms are a bit small but other then that the house is great.

Great Location

We had five couple staying and it worked great for each of us to have our own room and attached bathroom. Easy walk to King Street and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Wedding week

Our family rented this lovely home for our sons wedding week. It is a great location Being walking distance from King and some close neighborhood restaurants . The house was clean and lovely for our family of 10 and the additional cottage was great. The only complaint was 3rd floor room was really warmer than other rooms and street traffic was a little noisy for a light sleeper .

Great location for what we needed

The house and coach house offered our large group plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms in two of the bedrooms are extremely small. The downstairs family room furniture and rugs are a bit “tired”. The upstairs 3 rd floor bedroom was quite warm. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Great property! Summer vacation for myself, my mom, husband, and two kids. Location was wonderful easy to get to, and to get around. Showers took quite awhile to get warm water, but that was the only downfall. Absolutely gorgeous highly recommend!

The Palmetto and Stayduvet combined for a great vacation.

The Palmetto impresses as a spacious 1840's house that has been completely modernized without losing the charm of it's original design. Convenience of a bathroom in every bedroom and totally private roomy bedrooms make for a relaxing stay. Add the separate apartment and off-road parking for two vehicles to make it exceptional in the area. Check in and check out through Stay duvet could not be made simpler.

Our property was excellent! It was clean, contemporary and convenient. The beds were comfortable, and it worked well for our Thanksgiving family get together. We loved the roof to patio especially!

A perfect house for a girl's weekend in Charleston!

This was a perfect property & location for our group of 9 girls celebrating a big birthday! Blocks from King Street as well a super great Mexican restaurant across the street. It's light & bright with lots of room in the main room to gather after a long day of shopping & exploring. We'd HIGHLY recommend!

Great for a group gathering!

Very clean and well laid out. Close to so many things. We walked into the shopping/ restaurant areas a couple nights while we were there. Found the beds to be very cozy! The rooftop patio was so very relaxing. Neighborhood felt very safe. I would advise to put your heavy sleepers in the BR on the main floor. Sound from the street side of the house was apparently pretty loud. Would DEF stay here again for a future family gathering!

Charleston vacation

The property worked great. My only complaint was that several of the bathrooms were very small. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to visit Charleston again. We had one issue with 2 nails sticking up from the floor. Maintenance resolved issued immediately. The roof top was great.

We had the absolute best girls trip. The house was everything we’d hoped for. The rooftop patio is amazing. Plenty of space for all of us girls to get ready. King street is super close and you can walk everywhere. There’s a little mini mart a block away that has anything else you will need. We plan to book this house again in the future!
