Very nice home…well equipped…3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Only issue was very low water pressure in one of the upstairs showers…to the point it was almost unusable. Location is on a very busy (and dirty) street but the hose is well insulated so noose was not a big as long as doors and windows were closed.

This was a great rental. Home is immaculate, host responds almost immediately, kitchen is well equipped, essentials are provided, two off road parking spots, etc., etc. Also, host provided link to grocery that delivered everything we wanted before we arrive. This home is highly recommended.

Highly recommend this property. The listing and photos are accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and the entire house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Check in and check out were easy. The parking is as described—narrow drive leading to two reserved spaces. We had an intermediate sized SUV and navigated it without a problem. We really appreciated the AC as it was hot in Charleston during our stay, but very comfortable in the house.

Family vacation in Charleston

The property was really nice. Everything was very clean inside. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I would suggest is getting some different frying pans these were hard to clean. The beds were really comfortable and it was great that they were king sized.The location was Ok. A little distance from King Street. It is located near a hospital and a main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and traffic. We all enjoyed the deck and sunsets.

Perfection!

Stayed here w my husband and 2 adult children. Listing was very accurate. We have stayed at many vrbo’s and this place is immaculate! Everything we needed we had!! It’s so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only downside was that there was some construction Going on at night, but obviously the owner does not have any control over that would definitely stay here again. Close to everything.

Perfect for our group of six vacation to Charleston. House was clean, brightly lit and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a dedicated bath, that was big for us. Enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evenings. Would stay here again.

Home away from Home

Adorable home with plenty of room and comfortable King beds for all. Located in the heart of everything you need. Owner was always available and quickly answered any questions and needs we had. And small cars are your best option as stated in the listing. Thanks for that! Hey it's Charleston, parking is always a challenge but worth the effort. We will be back!

Weekend in Charleston

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults to enjoy a weekend in Charleston. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, everyone had their own bathroom and it had everything we needed. The driveway is narrow but my son did manage to get his big pick up truck in. The house was a long walk (which we enjoyed) into downtown or a short Uber/Lyft ride so we felt the location was good. The neighborhood felt safe - very close to MUSC. The communication through the VRBO message with owners was great! If we come to Charleston again we would stay here. Thank you!

Updated house with all the comforts

The directions that were provide prior to our arrival were great (very accurate). Our stay was very pleasant. There are only a few places to walk to from this location (unless you really feel like walking a good ways), but everywhere was a short Uber ride. The updates are outstanding. The Master bedroom upstairs is gorgeous with balcony. I really liked that it had private parking behind the residence. You could look out at any time and check on your vehicle. We loved this place and will be coming back
