The condo was well maintained, and thoughtful in every detail of supplies and comfort! The bay view and patio was picturesque for watching boats and birds! The location to the main center of town was excellent! Restaurant & adventure suggestions were spot on fabulous! Would highly recommend Edge Water Inn and our specific condo 102.

Beautiful charlevoix

We had a great stay. Close to shops & restaurants. Wonderful view & so fun to watch boat go by. Nice outdoor deck and condo was clean, comfortable & updated. We loved our visit.

Perfect for a party of 2!

Great location -- walking distance to bars, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Beautiful view out the sliders. Perfectly equipped for 2 people. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful waterfront condo on Round Lake

Great location with lakefront view from inside condo and the deck. Walking distance to downtown Charlevoix shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated, renovated and very clean. I highly recommend!

Charlevoix Get Away

This property is in a great location. Beautiful view of the water and very short walking distance to downtown. The quality of the remodeling job was high quality and tastefully done. The only drawback is these unit do not have a washer and dryer in the unit. I highly recommend this property.
