I decided the surprise my wife for a three night getaway for her birthday. Wtth less than aweek to find a property in one of Michigan’s most popular tourist ateaThe area that she loves is in the Charlebois area, but with a short notice, there were very few properties available with sunset views on Grand Traverse Bay. grand Trevorwth at the last minute tchange of scenery and selected this propertOur first thought on arrival was trying to go back in time and think about when this cottage was built in 1900 on a bluff overlooking Space when you step inside you feel like you’re walking in to a movie set with the car was done so tastefully everywhere you look it brings back old memories complete with an Elmer Fudd hat hanging on the coat rack. there were only two of us. The kitchen was small, but perfect for our use the view from the glass in family room or sunroom is breathtaking. The sunset I’m sure are absolutely amazing as well, but unfortunately, we were looking at highly overcast skies with rain the days we were thereu’re kind of reluctant to open them up to let in fresh air coming off the lake for fear of some little critters coming in as well they were areas, dust buddies, under beds and differenty.
