Great location and very comfortable accommodations. We really enjoyed the balcony and watching the ships. It is an extremely close walk to downtown and since we went the weekend before memorial we got a great rate.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a long weekend and the room we picked really made the whole vacation so much better. The view was incredible to wake up to every morning. At quiet times between exploring we loved just sitting on the patio watching the boats go by. Our room was incredibly easy to access and was right by the main lobby and short trip to the pool. The pool was nice but I was expecting it to be heated (although with it being indoor and outdoor I understand why I wouldn't be). The hot tub and sauna more than made up for the cold pool!

The condo was great. Nicely updated and very clean. The amenities were lacking. The hot tub was out of service and the overall condition of the pool and workout space could benefit from some upkeep.
