“Staff was AMAZING. Great location! However, the room wasn’t ready until 5 and we just rode in on motorcycles in the rain. Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated. I don’t think that was the case.”

“Check in was not explained properly in email. These are condos but have a hotel lobby that is open until 5. I was waiting for an email with an entry code that didn't come. Once I contacted them they did communicate quickly. Overall the room was clean but we found underwear in the bed sheets that weren't ours. They did appear clean and that they just got wrapped up in laundry but still not a good look. Jacuzzi was clean and worked properly. Cannot beat the location and they do have an...
