Great house. Nice to have 2 living areas. Very pet friendly. The decor was nice. Well equipped and very clean. As advertised, great neighborhood for walking. Close to food and Lake Norman activities.

The property was very relaxing and quiet even though it is in a neighborhood with close neighbors. Direct water access, although water levels are currently quite low. We enjoyed the views, particularly watching the blue heron come by daily.It was very pet/child friendly with secure easy to operate gates on the large deck. The completely fenced front yard is small, but large enough for a good game of fetch with a golden retriever. Clean, has everything you need. Great hosts, very responsive. This property is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect setting for the needs of my stay. Well equipped and /clean kitchen with plenty of counter space between island and sun room buffet. View of the lake cove from patio and dock was peaceful and lovely.

The house & property were beautiful! Our dogs loved the fenced in front yard. The neighbors were very nice. House was clean & the view was beautiful & peaceful! Loved our stay. The property manager was responsive & helpful on a couple of items we contacted them on. Loved our stay! Ty

We had a wonderful week here! The location was great and the two units were perfect for our family (they are rented as one, so you don’t have to share the space with strangers). There were lots of games/equipment provided by the host which was a huge plus. The kayaks and paddle boards were in great shape and the water by the house is very calm. They were pet-friendly and part of the yard is completely fenced. Host was very responsive and we were even able to book an extra night when our plans changed. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here for almost a month and loved every moment! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Gorgeous lake views from the deck, a peaceful setting, and an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice lakeside getaway

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!

Ultimate Relaxation

This property was everything as advertised -- and everything you see in the pictures. What struck me most was how quiet it was, both during the day and in the evening. If you're looking to relax, this is the place.As for amenities, we used the kayaks (which were like new), the lily pad, the fire pit -- we did it all. If you're looking for firewood, you can get it at the Harris Teeter a mile away.Our host was incredibly responsive to any needs. There were small things that I had questions about and the response via the app was in minutes!Inside, the property is modern, clean and cozy. The upper/lower units are great if you have older kids or a second family staying with you. It's like two separate apartments! And my older kids loved the movie room, which was a bonus surprise for us when we arrived. Again, if you're looking to get away and enjoy the lake and the quiet, this is the place!

Great Locale for Family Visit at the Lake

Fantastic place to stay! It is right on the lake and even has a dock where you could moor a rental boat. [We were tempted but didn't have enough time to do so.] Still, the property has kayaks and paddle boards, and fishing off the dock was fantastic! Gas station down the road (right on the main road as you leave the house) has bait to purchase, though we found lures to be just as good. The kitchen is wonderful! Don't miss the easy to miss spice cabinet! Very cool design! Double oven. Stove with a built in ventilator that sucks the smoke down and out - very cool! Bathroom upstairs is massive! Main bedroom upstairs with a separate dining room on the enclosed porch was perfect for Easter dinner. Washer/dryer upstairs too! Upstairs deck was so relaxing! The downstairs area has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and an adult bedroom that adjoins a four bed bunkbed room for the kids with a foosball table! Separate entrance to the downstairs area but that's part of the rental unit so it's FANTASTIC for a parent/grandparent upstairs area and a separate area for the parent/kids downstairs. Fire pit is incredible! We didn't use it but again, only because of time. Such a great area to relax, enjoy a fire, and watch the water. Dock has a hammock on it so nice to hang on the dock as well.They also have pickleball in the driveway on the back. Front yard is fenced so our dog was great hanging out in the front yard. I would definitely recommend!

Fun week away

It was a clean property overall and it was easy to work with the owners. There were multiple broken beds, a broken shower, pots and pans were not cleaned and needed to be washed before used, water levels much lower than anticipated for boat rental and fishing, worn American flag found on floor when arrived, another American flag on dock shredded and needs to be replaced, some doors and panels difficult if not impossible to open, batteries dead in panels, very little firewood and none available in the community, neighbors have 2 pit bulls who barked incessantly and weren’t leashed. They didn’t leave their property but it did make our kids nervous. We did enjoy our stay, it was peaceful and relaxing, but it did cost us significantly more money to rent a boat to fish because of the low water that we had planned to spend.

Great views! Clean house!

The house has a great view of Lake Norman. Lots of windows and outdoor space. The house set up was different as to access the lower bedrooms you had to go outside, but it ended up being great for us traveling with teenagers.

Home is as listed. The place is clean and quiet but still very close to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Could not locate a code after scanning QR code on house information but other than that everything was as listed. thank you

Perfect pet friendly stay for a holiday

My mother visited from out of town and we decided a staycation with the dogs would be fun. We are so happy we found this spot, it was perfect for her, my husband and I. We easily could have had more guests based on the space. We tried to take advantage of ever cozy sitting space and the pictures didn’t reveal the cozy recliners in the downstairs tv room, perfect for a movie night. We enjoyed it and would definitely come back
