When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. “Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. ”

“Stayed in room 201 which was all very nice until 3am when the air-conditioning hardware in the ceiling void made some horrendous vibration noises along with a squeal which sounded like the fan bearing. Boiled the kettle in the morning for it to boil but when it turned itself off the plug had a massive electrical arc causing damage to the cable.
