“We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for being a great host!”

“Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.”

“The “Surf Shack” is a very nice comfortable house that was great for a nice relaxing trip to Cape Cod. It’s in a great location right near the beaches and yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.”

“Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again”

“Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. “This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!”

“This property was everything you could expect. The house had everything you could possibly need. Very clean, comfortable beds, great living room to relax in and look out to the ocean. Beautiful beach just down a short path. Very private, quiet and relaxing. I give it 12 out of 10 stars. Spectacular!! Thank you for sharing this property.”

“The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!”

“Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!”
