We had a family gathering with 3 generations to memorialize my parents who lived on Cape Cod for many years. Staying in a home vs a hotel allowed us to come together in a much better way than everyone going to their own hotel rooms. This house is beautiful and has several large gathering areas for us to meet and socialize. Bedrooms are a good size, comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom. Bedrooms don’t have TVs but maybe that’s a good thing so people don’t hide out in their rooms.We had a problem with a broken thermostat on 2nd floor but it was addressed quickly and not a problem.House is just a very short walk to downtown Chatham.Overall A rating

We’ve stayed here 3 times and always love it. Kitchen is very well-stocked, beds are comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Owner is very responsive if there are issues.

Gorgeous well stocked home accommodated our large family in style!! Plenty of Beach & Pool towels, beach chairs, and kitchen appliances for all of our meals! Loved the house and Chatham! Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. So Fun!

Amazing home for family gathering

As many others have attested this home is truly amazing! We have done several Chatham vacations with extended family over the last 20 years and this house was by far the best! The renovation is gorgeous. The owners have really thought of everything. A block from Main street restaurants, ice cream, and shopping yet still very quiet. Checking in and out was easy. The kitchen is enormous and there are so many nice areas to sit and spread out that it never felt crowded with our group of 21. The pool is beautiful and heated. It really is the perfect location to get to so many other spots on the cape and we all agreed we would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful home!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and pool towels, excellent location, tons of space for everyone to spread out, activities for kids, everyone had their own bathroom, helpful host - you can’t ask for anything more! Definitely the nicest property we ever stayed at!

Amazing beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, and generously supplied home with multiple thoughtfully arranged spaces for people to gather and regroup inside and and out. Bedrooms were inviting and bathrooms were modern and plentiful. Walking distance to beaches, botique shopping, baseball game, band concert, Jaws movie, bike rentals, restaurants and ice cream. There's more to explore. We'll be back!

Fantastic Family Reunion

Loved this property! Perfect for our family reunion with ages ranging from 9 months to 76 years. All of the bedrooms had ensuite baths which worked out great. The kids loved the game rooms--the older kids loved the tabletop hockey game, the younger ones played in the green room with their toys and puzzles. The pool, hot tub and firepit all got a lot of use. Enough room for everyone and a quick walk to town. Perfect venue to make treasured family memories to last a lifetime. Five stars all the way!!!

Even better than photos

This is a first rate property in every respect with easy access to town. Very private with nine large bedrooms including two in a large guesthouse. Nice pool, jacuzzi and barbecue. Also a large modern kitchen. Fantastic place in all respects.

Fantastic home!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities! The house is stunning and immaculate. The owner was always incredibly responsive and the house manager was great with the check in process. The location is perfect and although steps away from Main Street, it's very quiet and peaceful. One of the best homes we have ever rented.

We had an epic stay at this incredible Chatham home last week. Every single one of the adults (and kids for that matter) gave the week a 10 out of 10! You cannot beat this home for comfort, space, amenities, LOCATION, responsiveness, beauty...the list could go on! The pool/hot tub is absolutely a highlight, especially with 7 kids 7 and under needing lots of activity and excitement. We had the best time and cannot wait to come back again! We've also stayed in Sean's Orleans home which we loved as well! Thank you, Sean!!! I could use a dip in that gorgeous pool right about now!

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this house - it is absolutely lovely and easily accommodated everyone. We loved the large living area with plenty of seating for a large group, which is always a priority for me. The location couldn’t be better - lots of options for everyone. It was an easy walk to great restaurants, a Thursday evening concert in the park, a nice kids playground and the Chatham Anglers collegiate league baseball game (don’t sleep on this - it’s super fun). And all the little extras made such a difference: plenty of beach and pool towels, beach chairs/umbrella/toys, coolers, toiletries, luggage racks, aluminum foil/saran wrap/baggies, etc. Check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. In short, it is a great house and we had a great stay!

This home is perfect in so many ways…well layed out and spacious, beautiful design and decor, and an unbelievable location in the heart of Chatham. 10 bedrooms en suite is very hard to find and the zero entry showers are great for elderly and small children. Having rented 10 rental homes across the country, it has to be my favorite.

Perfect!

Loved it! This house was absolutely perfect in every way. Our multigenerational family reunion and celebration of life was held here over a long weekend. The rooms are comfortable, large and there is plenty of room for everyone to either be together or spread out. We made use of the pool and firepit even on a dreary, misty day. The highlights included walking distance to the downtown area, private bathrooms, large gourmet high end kitchen. We will definately be back.

Amazing girls' weekend

A perfect spot for a long-awaited girls' trip. The house is even more amazing in person, plenty of room for 10 of us. Host was helpful and responsive, and the location was great for exploring main street and the lighthouse. Hope to return soon.

stunning home

This home is just incredible, Sean and his family did such a beautiful job furnishing and decorating the home. Its extremely large and spacious , everything you need has been provided. The home was spotless when we arrived, Certainly the nicest home I have ever stayed in. As a host myself we can appreciate everything that has been put into this property.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. The proximity to town makes it real easy for those in your party to venture around on foot. Thanks Sean !!
