    Ahora reservando para el verano de 2020, alquileres semanales solo de sábado a sábado del fin de semana del Memorial Day (23 de mayo de 2020) hasta el final de la semana del Día del Trabajo (12 de septiembre).

    Totalmente renovado estilo bungalow 4 temporada cabaña en una calle tranquila conveniente para todo Chatham !! Dos habitaciones cada una con camas queen, 1 baño completo. Comedor con espacio para 6 personas. Cercado en el patio con patio. Esta casa es conveniente para tiendas, restaurantes, playas, ciclovías públicas. Campos de golf y canchas de tenis son fácilmente accesibles.

    El centro de Chatham es un pueblo pintoresco a solo cinco minutos en coche. Sus calles están llenas de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y un cine. Todos los viernes por la noche, en la ciudad, hay un concierto de la banda que no querrás perderte.

    Hay tantas actividades para hacer y ver en Chatham. The house was perfect! Very quiet area but very close to everything in town. We were very comfortable every evening and enjoyed breakfasts there each morning. Great location for a Cape getaway!

We had a most wonderful, relaxing week at this adorable home and absolutely loved our stay here.The layout was perfect for 2 adults and you can't beat the location. We enjoyed being right off of Main Street but not in the heart of downtown Chatham. The house is within walking (2miles) or driving distance to the center of town and the proximity to beaches, the rail trail and restaurants can't be beat.The host was extremely responsive to questions and even offered restaurant recommendations and a few recreation suggestions. The interior decor is charming and the white and light colors really makes it feel beachy and open. We happened to be here during a hot week in June and really appreciated the AC! Our one suggestion to really make this home perfect is an onsite washer and dryer -- which could also eliminate the need to bring all of your own sheets and towels (we knew in advance and planned accordingly).Our week flew by and we were sad to leave -- I'd absolutely recommend this property and we can't wait to stay here again -- we're already talking about a long weekend in the fall!

It reminded us so much of the cottage we owned in Chatham for over 40 years . Simple but comfortable with perfect Cape touches in decor. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We will return next year!

Cozy and near the bike trail.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Very clean and located quite close to the major Cape Cod bike trails and Chatham Center.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

This cottage was perfect! Beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with everything that we needed. Our hosts Jackie and Mark were great. Would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Chatham Gem

Location was key to be near family for activities planned. Just right for the two of us. Host was very responsive to my questions before booking and sent me a reminder with information about the area with directions. Quiet neighborhood and a Pleasant stay.

Great Cape Vacation

My boys and I stayed at this wonderful Cape Cod home for a week in August. We had such a nice vacation and enjoyed the house so much! It was a perfect place for us and a perfect location. Jackie also was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Cute cottage, great location

This was the perfect size for our family. A mile or so from downtown Chatham and just as close to some cute beaches and attractions. The backyard is fenced in so perfect for kids and the house had everything you need.

Cozy cottage

Great place for a quick summer trip! Location is about 8 min by car to downtown Chatham and around the corner from the rail trail. You are close to Ridgevale and Hardings beach. House was very clean and Jackie was excellent with communication. We had a great stay!

Adorable Cottage in Convenient Location

This cottage was charming, well decorated, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a couple of friends traveling together. There is a beach within walking distance (if you really like to walk) and downtown is just a short drive away. Jaclyn was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great home close to the beach!

The house was perfect for our small family of three. Great location in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing this home is missing is a washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this great home on the Cape!

Just adorable!

The cottage is as cute as can be-sparkling clean with lots of extras in kitchen and such to make anyone's stay easier. Location is a very quiet little neighborhood, but close to most of what Chatham is all about. Though it was too chilly for us to use, the backyard is very cute and adds to the overall quaintness. Would recommend without hesitation.

Perfect Little House!

This place is absolutely darling in every way! It was perfect for our girls trip! The location is great and close to downtown Chatham. We had everything we needed for making lunches and dinners. House was fully stocked. King bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We did kill a few spiders and silverfish but other than that we have no complaints. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay at this cute house just an 8 minute drive from downtown Chatham. Something to note is that you need to order your sheets/towels beforehand. We were unaware of this until check in process.

Cute house with beach cottage feel - convenient to everything

Listing accurate on what you need to bring. There was a little of this and that to use. The place was perfect for our needs ...the decor was very pleasing. On a dead end street. Very quiet.Close to beach and anything else you could need or want. Recommend Whale Watch ... As there is no washer or dryer, it would be nice to have had a clothes line.

Chatham cottage

The Chatham cottage was a great location, a quiet setting, and very cozy. It was Beautifully decorated with w whites and creams. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to make yourself breakfast, before you start your day. It was only a few minutes drive to the center of Chatham, with many shops and restaurants. Also, a quick drive to all the local beaches, and a 20 minute drive to Nauset Beach in Orleans. The owner Jackie was available for questions via text. When I got home, I realized I left an item at the cottage, and she very nicely offered to mail it back to me, which was very much appreciated. The Central Air unit was the best! A Great location for a family.

For over 20 years, I have rented homes via online and there are definitely minimum expectations of a vacation rental. Pros - excellent communication with host. She was very nice to accommodate an early arrival which was appreciated. The cute cottage interior is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. By car - 8 minutes to center of Chatham, 5 minutes to Ridgevale Beach. Location is excellent!Cons - biggest caution - the backyard - it is very neglected, unlike any other property I’ve rented. When you rent a beach house there are expectations - one being a clean grill with barbecue tools and two, a clean, welcoming outdoor space. You will not get this at the cottage. There is no grill cover and so the grill is filthy - covered with dirt and pollen. The patio is dirty and overgrown with weeds. The wooden furniture is weathered and there are no cushions. There is old trashy fencing thrown in the back of the shed next to a haphazard wooden bench. The furniture wasn’t even set up nicely for our arrival - I don’t think anyone has touched this space in many months. This backyard is not where you want to sit and relax after a nice day. Some simple TLC would easily fix this. We did not use the coffee machine but an old coffee pod was still in the machine. This makes me question - when was the last time it was cleaned?The twin bed comforters and thin bed pillows appear old as do the bathroom mats.
