“Cottage in the most stunning location and the views breathtaking. Large cottage but the main bedroom with the en-suite a small bedroom . The bedroom downstairs with the single beds , dark and not inviting, a few flies. Large kitchen , lovely agar. Plenty of pots and glasses etc.Would benefit from an American style fridge as the food for 6 people and 2 children did not all fit in the fridge. “The house is a perfect location for a short walk to the beach, it is spacious enough and adequately stocked for a large family.”

“We booked this house for a few days with our family of three couples, two children and an infant. The space was perfect for us, with comfortable bedrooms and a great balance of spaces to relax and socialise. House is surrounded by stunning views and tastefully decorated to a beautiful standard. The kitchen was very well equipped, garden was spacious and well maintained, and the games room in the garage was a great bonus for the kids! We hope to return! ”

“Comfortable, spacious and very clean property. We often visit this area although usually bearded the coast. The Coach House is a good property for families - quiet location and it has a safe, enclosed garden. Unfortunately the main door from lounge to the garden was broken (sign on door not to open) which was frustrating as the other access was at the other end of the property. “This cosy cottage was perfect for our stay. It had two well appointed and comfortable bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Also, a large and well equipped kitchen (a few more larger mugs would have been appreciated however this is being really picky!!). The living room was very comfortable too. The location is great with so much to see and do in all directions. A special shout out for the welcome pack, which was very generous and greatly appreciated. “Property was as described and nicely modernised. Easy access to coast and walking distance to pub and shops.”

“As soon as we walked into Arkle House we were impressed. The bunaglow was immaculate, and exactly as described. The welcome basket was a lovely treat, and the garden was perfect for us. Amble is a beautiful area, and buses are regular.We had much longer journey (from Kent) than we realised, but is was more than worth it!”

“Lovely stay in Amble at Jo’s property. The house was fab much bigger than it looks and great distance to lovely walks along the shore and round harbour and marina .Easy parking at house . Lots of nice places to eat nearby too. A great base to see more of the area too. We all had a great time. Would highly recommend”
