“First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. “We stayed for two night and were very happy with this house. Communication was excellent to get us sorted on arrival. It was a great location for site seeing. Warm and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a modern, industrial-style design with older details as features. It is set across a number of floors, so probably better for families with older kids and great knees! The bunk bed was scary for our 5 year old because the ladder doesn’t allow for an easy climb onto the bed....

“Lovely clean, well-equipped & spacious barn conversion. Friendly & helpful hosts. Beautiful views over the Gordano valley. Would definitely stay there again. Our dog liked saying hello to their sheep every morning. It's in a pen right across from the barn so be aware of that if you have dogs. There is an open grassy area in front which our dog happily explored but they also have a more secure enclosed area for dogs that like to wander. Also be aware that this property is down a single track...

“The area was a surprise, the countryside was beautiful, lots of interesting walks and things to do. Eating out was a highlight with so many fantastic places to eat. Best fish and chips in the uk at the Salt and Malt. The host was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Leaze Garden Cottage was excellent , well equipped and super clean.The garden space had plenty of seating area for sunny afternoons .Ideally situated for Bath , Wells and Bradford -on-Avon.Frome is just a 10/15min walk , with plenty of artisan shops and cafés. We had a lovely 3 days stay .”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.”

“The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. ”
