“We arrived and were disappointed to find out the hot tub was not operational. When I reached out about the hot tub not working, I was told it wasn’t an amenity of the house. However the listing for the rental says it a dog friendly, Lakeview home with hot tub and there are pictures of the hot tub in the listing. Then the shower in the master bedroom did not work. We appreciated all the kitchen amenities and the heated bathroom floors. Watching the animals and mountains was pastoral and peaceful. Thank you!”

“This home was very cute but unfortunately the green lawn in the front was completely torn up due to construction. This was not noted in the listing and we purposely chose this home for its location with our kids and dogs. Owners should update listing to specify that the there is currently no lawn even with the pictures showing it and the listing specifying it.”

“Our family had a great stay, but the house driveway and garage were extremely difficult to get in and out of. The house was infested with fruit flies and it took mixing vinegar and dish soap together in little dishes to get rid of some, not all. Also I informed the property manager several times I would be bringing a boat to keep at the dock, and when we got there the homeowners boat was occupying the dock/lift.
