“The hotel and its staff are superb, and my stay at the Radisson blu GST was a refreshing experience. The hotel is a smart hotel, making everything so easy in the room. An added bonus is the hotel's efforts to make everything as sustainable as possible. Aman was extremely courteous, and helpful, as we're all the reception staff, and he even presented me with a mug signed by the staff. “It is not definitely worth 5 star experience. The hotel rooms were poorly maintained. Th checkin process was awful and the staff had no care about customer experience nor the manager. The breakfast was pretty average and the staff were not helpful. Will not recommend this to families”

“We had a fast check-in and the reception staff were really helpful. The bedroom, club room, was big and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative point was the size of the bathroom, a bit small. But all the amenities were provided. The staff and the food were excellent and made up for the poor location of the hotel. It was impossible to go out walking anywhere and you needed a taxi to get around.”
