Casas de campo en Cheshire

“Pros: The property was beautiful, and very comfortable with sumptuous bedding. A fantastic location. Hosts were lovely. Cons: Perhaps a little over-cluttered with all the trinkets everywhere. Difficult to find ‘usable’ or everyday kitchen items that we weren’t terrified of breaking. A little noisy due to passing revellers in the evening, but it’s a premium location so you would expect that. Car parking not directly outside but not far away and we always found a space. I thought the downstairs...

“Laut Beschreibung zwei Schlafzimmer für max 5 Personen, passt nicht, wir waren nur 2 Erwachsene, Schlafzimmer 1 = ein king size Bett, Schlafzimmer 2 = ein Hochbett in der Diele vor Badezimmer, für Erwachsene schwierig rein und raus, auch geringe Kopffreiheit nur für Kinder max 10J. geeignet und dazu ein unbequemes Schlafsofa, für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet”

“This was the perfect place for us as we were visiting with family that is split between Macclesfield and Congleton. Easy communication with the host, who was always helpful. The setting in the countryside was beautiful and quiet.”

“The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away. There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately.”

“The lodge was lovely. Clean, tidy, well equipped & well looked after. The only bad thing was the weather. We must have picked the worst few days of the year. 😏”

“This is a really good 4 bed barn conversion in a rural setting. Lovely pub just across the road with very good food. We are a family of six adults and two children under 2. High chair and travel cot were happily made available on mention. All bedrooms very comfortable especially the large main.Downstairs bedroom is a double en-suite, upstairs twin is en-suite and the two large bedrooms share a fantastic family bathroom. All bathrooms are of a very high standard. Kitchen well-appointed with...

“A fantastic cottage in a lovely peaceful setting outside Chester.Home from home with everything needed just at your fingertips. The hosts Gillian and Gavin were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this cottage for anyone needing somewhere they can rest and relax or they can explore the many wonderful visitors attractions in Chester and surrounding areas.”

“A really lovely property but advertised as suitable for 7 people. We were 3 couples. The third couple had to ‘sleep’ on a very inadequate bed-settee. They had no sleep on the first night and as we were staying 3 nights they needed to book into the hotel across the road for the other 2 nights.”

“Wonderful hosts and a great place to stay”

“Lovely cosy cottage , had a very enjoyable evening with the girls ”

“The host were very helpful and the place was wonderful”

“Good place for a couple, great position in the countryside but not too far from a pub and train station (20 minute walk). However cooking was a challenge: the kitchen is very sparsely equipped, there are 2 mugs, glasses, bowls, a few more plates, but that’s it. Barely any utensils ( unless you like mash, 2 potato mashers), and nothing you could use in the oven. ( interestingly this has been mentioned on another sites reviews since 2022 but Together Travel obviously don’t consider the addition of...

“Lovely, cosy, well presented accommodation in quiet rural situation. Good kitchen, separate sitting room and spacious bedroom. Parking next to PiggeryHost very friendly and helpful. Plenty to see and do in surrounding area. Easy access from M6. Would stay again. ”

“Clean and as described, no major problems. Parking is 2 minutes walk and has to be paid for but only 6 maximum for a whole day. Local supermarket 3 minutes walk away. City centre 10 minutes walk so location is excellent ”
