“My immediate family (me, wife, 4 teenager) as well as some extended family (brother, sister, and her daughter) stayed here for a week. Wow. What a place. We did go do some local sightseeing in Halifax and Lunenburg, but our best times were at the place. It has all you need for a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, swimming off the dock, an incredible view, and a wonderful, super responsive host. It gets our highest recommendation.”

“From the minute we arrived we felt right at home. The owners live next door, so we stopped over to let them know we were there and to get dinner suggestions. They gave us our privacy, but let us know they were there if we needed anything. This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed in, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The weather was perfect, we were able to take the kayaks two mornings before heading out for a day of sight seeing. We will definitely stay there again...

“This Lakeside retreat was perfect! Just what my family of 4 needed. We enjoyed looking out at the lake and swimming and fishing. Hot tub was a great activity at night. Campfires over looking the lake and watching the sunset. The house is very clean and comfy for a family of 4. The owner was very responsive. We also enjoyed going off on adventures in the area, wineries, Halifax, Mahone Bay and the local meat market Oulton's. A must to visit if you love animals. They have all kinds of exotic cool...
