“This place was great and I would stay here any time I'm in the area. The host was beyond helpful and friendly. I would choose this over any hotel. Great location for families with children.”

“Property is nice. Parking garage is horrible! Spaces are very tiny and people parked in our spot 2nd night. Arthur did quickly reimburse us for the amt we had to pay to park but it was annoying.”

Also a quick 5-10 min drive to everywhere we went in St Louis. Very pleased with our little get away to St Louis. It is very family and dog friendly! So many great restaurants and fun activities!”

“The area was quiet, peaceful, and rated one of St. Louis' safest neighborhoods. Francis Park is only a block's walk away, which includes an on-site beer garden that is open daily, that also offers sandwiches and appetizers. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles. Though an older home, it was clean and met our expectations based on the description and photos. “This unit did not have a dishwasher, although the instructions indicated “before leaving the unit, load the dishwasher…” we were not planning to wash dishes during this stay. We needed more blankets and we also didn’t realize the fireplace was wood burning. We had to buy wood; it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. The shower and tub dripped, the toilet ran nonstop, and the water actually had a bad smell. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and the grounds are beautiful!”

“My family stayed here for three nights. The property is just as described, and the host was wonderful. The location was a quick drive to most things you would want to do in the city. Our primary reason for being there was to go to Cardinals baseball games. The stadium was less than 10 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is eclectic. “Was wonderful, had everything you needed”

“A great get-away. So peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed, the property was clean and beds were fine.”

“We found clumps of hair in bathroom, dust on furniture and beef hands crumbs under sheets and mattress pad. I also got eaten to with something the first night i slept in it and is why we pulled all the sheets of and slept in blankets. Otherwise the condo was comfortable and loved the location.”
