“We loved having the space as a walkup and it is in a great location. It was nicely stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, paper products, etc. Other family stayed at the Godfrey (Home2 is close also) and it was close to our son's apartment, so we were all able to gather is something other than a bar. The owner was diligent in getting back to us and helping us through finding our way around the property. I would highly recommend it.”

“This was an excellent option for exploring the city (even during the unexpectedly bad weather) - convenient, quiet, clean and space to work and relax. Possibly could do with another shelf or drawer (or hook or two for coats) but really a minor niggle. Recommended”

“We were in Chicago for a week to explore various sights around downtown - exploring north & south... Science Museum, Navy Pier, Zoo, Bean, United Center, etc.We rented a vehicle, so it was 15-20 min drives to various attractions. Great price when comparing to similar places around / closer to downtown.Our family of 5 allowed for one shared room with the kids, and then individual rooms for everyone else. “The property was very nice - inside and outside. My one complaint though was the list of do’s and don’ts. It was a dizzying list of “if you do A, we will fine you X” Almost made me want to cancel my reservation and just eat the loss, because it did make us feel very uncomfortable/unwelcome. Like we could only sleep, shower, then leave. Otherwise it was a beautiful property. Nice and clean, decorated beautifully, and fully stocked with all that we needed for a few days stay. ”

“Overall this was a great apartment/floor solution for the size of our family. Facility and access to it were great. It only lacked a few amenities for the group... tissues and a few more towels/wash cloths would have been nice. We were pleased with the accommodations and the owner's communications.”

“The neighborhood was just ok. Not a place i wanted to walk around at night alone. Overall though, the place was great!!!! We rented both and it was the perfect amoint of space for the whole family! Has a garage but was too small for both of our cars. Parking passes were nowhere to be found. Host responded quickly at first but after awhile there was no response at all. Found another place to park. Had a great stay overall, thoigh. after”
