“We had five people stay in this unit, three where teenagers. We loved the unit and its layout. The place is much bigger than the pictures look. It has everything you would need including laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. There was a great Target right across the street that had a Starbucks. “6 adults. Property itself and location excellent and as advertised. Very good condition and furnishings very nice. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space and nicely appointed with anything we needed. Communication from host excellent. Lots of stairs to get to this apartment on 3rd floor which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for a younger family or older people. “We stayed here during a volleyball tournament and were overall happy. It was about a 15min walk to McCormick Place, and the area overall wasn’t too busy. There’s a cute coffee shop just down the block, Momentum. We did choose to walk to Shedd’s Aquarium, which is about 1.5mile away. Quick response with communication. People downstairs were loud one night, and be prepared with the L being right outside the place but it wasn’t too bad.”

“Where do I start? This place is fantastic. The staff Rama J, Irene, and the other sweet lady with the dreads. I forgot her name, but their customer service skills are . The apartment was spotless and had just enough room for us. It was within walking distance of downtown and the train station. It is surrounded by shops, food places, and so much more. I felt safe as a country girl taking on a big city like Chicago. Safety was our top priority. I will stay here again. ”

“Our high school sailing team stayed here during a regatta. It was perfect - good space, well appointed kitchen, and enough beds and rooms for all. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Chicago. LOVED the app that answered ALL our questions while we were there, made things very seamless. Thank you!”

“The condo was very pretty and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues, but I would still stay here again. The cleaning crew is left to be desired. We found a contact lens in the bedsheets of one of the rooms. Not a big deal, but it did make us wonder if the sheets had been cleaned. The host that greeted us was very nice and polite. However, we were told that the key fob for the entrance to the building and elevator was broken, and we needed to check in at the front counter each time...

“We rented this apartment for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation. It was the perfect place for us to be together, enjoy the city and each other. The outdoor space was larger than I imagined, and the indoor floor to ceiling windows allowed for a really special evening together. The owners were responsive to the minor things we needed, and always courteous.We would highly recommend this apartment.”

“The photos accurately capture the charm and size of the home. There is certainly plenty of room for 10 people. Communication and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend for infants under 2/in a crib. The area is tucked away in the back of the unit in a nook so it is very quiet and private. There’s also lots of toys/games for kids. There can be some street noise but there are lots of sound machines for use in the unit. ”

“This location was perfect for our trip to Chicago. Lots of good stuff nearby for the family to do. Priced comparably to single room hotels in the area. The owner was very responsive when we needed anything. We did bring 6 people and there was only enough towels/bedding for 4 when we got there, but more was dropped off when we requested it.
