“Está a menos de 10 minutos caminando de una de las entradas del Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie. Las habitaciones son grandes, pero están bastante desvencijadas y les hace falta una buena limpieza. Estuvimos dos noches y se limitaron a hacer la cama, pero no limpiaron nada. En el restaurante sirven comida occidental, pero no la cocinan muy bien.”

“Very nice hotel with spacious room & comfortable beds. Breakfast has variety of choices. Staffs are friendly, polite & helpful. However hotel doesnt look that new & locates a little far from central city or pedestrian street. Takes about 30 min driving. ”

“They charged me again when I checked out. I realized this and the staff assured me that the charge was reversed and everything was in order, fine and the payment was not complete. Despite this, I just received the VISA receipt and finally they DID THE CHARGE. I tried to communicate with them unsucefully, the customer service is zero. I thought the service should be better, considering is a Crowne Plaza, but I was wrong...”
