Island Retreat is in the perfect location, just off of Maddox Boulevard, aka the Beach Road - you can walk or ride your bike to many, Restaurants, Shops, and Activities up and down the Boulevard, and the Beach is a short bike ride away. And driving down the sleepy dirt road to the Cottage, you will know right away you won't be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the busy season. This Retreat is located at the very end of Megan Drive, tucked away in a quiet nook overlooking Eel Creek. 

As you climb the stairs to enter Island Retreat, you can't take your eyes off those Views - breathtaking, to say the least.  You'll love relaxing in the spacious Living Area with Flat Screen Cable TV and Free WiFi, but you may never need them with the Water Views you have - even right from the sofa. Comfortably furnished, the Living Area is perfect for spending time with those who matter most, without ever feeling crowded. Begin and end each day on the huge Screened Porch, which lines the back of the Retreat. Listen to the Tree Frogs sing, and take in salty, sweet bay breezes. Just imagine watching the Herons and Egrets fish for their morning meal as you sip coffee on the Porch. 

Just off the Living Area is the well-equipped Kitchen and Dining Area. The Chef in your family will love the Stainless Appliances and how well-stocked the Kitchen is. Dine indoors, or Al Fresco on the Porch at the large Dining Table. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries - you're just a hop, skip, and jump away from many popular Dining options. 

Just down the Hall are 2 spacious Bedrooms gorgeously decorated. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, whimsical Coastal Art, and Colors of Sea Grass & Sand Dunes. Bedroom 2 is perfect for the kids with a Pyramid Bunk and Vibrant Colors - so inviting. There is also a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, and a Full Size Washer and Dryer.  Wandering upstairs, the Master Suite will knock your socks off, and encompasses the entire upper level. With Serene Blue and Beachy Beige, it's warm and relaxing. There is another Queen Bed, as well as a Sitting Area with Flat Screen Cable TV AND a Private Water View Balcony with big Adirondacks just calling your name. And the Views from here? Spectacular - just imagine waking to this every day.  The large Master Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo and is bright and cheerful. 

And what makes this even more of a Family Vacation is being able to bring your Furbaby along! Your pup will love lounging on the Balcony in the Sunshine, or long walks down the Lane. Isn't this what Vacations are all about? Spending time with those you love - including Fido!
