Perfect Chincoteague Home for your small family getaway

  • Esta tradicional casa de estilo Chincoteague tiene una cocina-comedor, espacio de vida, así como una habitación individual en la planta baja y dos camas dobles en un loft de arriba. Hay un cuarto de baño completo que incluye una lavadora y secadora. La casa para 6, con 3 camas de tamaño completo, así como un sofá cama doble. La casa tiene aire acondicionado central. El aparcamiento está disponible para dos vehículos. La casa está situada cerca de Memorial Park (sitio de la natación anual de caballo), que cuenta con un parque infantil, pistas de tenis, así como la pesca libre para fuera del estado de los residentes que no pueden mantener una licencia de pesca. A minutos de Assateague Island, disfrute de sentarse en el porche trasero después de un largo día en la playa y descanse cómodamente dentro de esta pequeña y pintoresca casa.

Perfect Location

We loved this stay and the location was ideal. We were walking distance everywhere but also had a private space to unload and unpack the days adventures. Would stay here again.

This property was extremely clean, had great working AC, and the property manager was great with communication, ensuring we had what we needed during our stay. The check in and check out process was smooth. We appreciated a clean place to stay while enjoying the island!

Cute house in great location

We really enjoyed staying in this cute beach house. It is conveniently located within walking distance to a convenient store and Mr. Baldys Restaurant. It was nice to unplug (no WiFi) and enjoy life.

Perfect beach stay

Great little place with everything we needed for our trip to the Island. House was clean and comfy. Check in was super easy and host was great with communication. Will definitely be back!

Always Great

This was the 5th time we've stayed at this location, and it feels like a cozy home-away-from-home. There's a reason we continue to rent it every year. Great location & comfortable. We'll be back soon!

Love this Beach Cottage

This is our second time visiting this cute cottage. We loved making this our home while we stayed for a short time on the island. The location to everything is perfect. The Beach, restraunts, parks, shopping...all very close by. We also loved the decor and layout and most importantly, it is clean! Thanks for another great stay!

Wonderful property in a good location. Not a super busy roadway. Easy walk to the Pit Stop, small convenience store, for my morning coffee. Easy access to the rest of the island. Host was nice and responded quickly to any concerns.

Clean, warm, cozy

We stayed at the cottage in the off season so what we could attend our son's promotion. This was very convenient and clean and near our son's rental too! We are very pleased!

Early Fall Visit

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean was equipped as listed, the communication with the manager was excellent and prompt. The location was very good and not that far from any of the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We will not hesitate to return.

Cute home

Very clean, well maintained little house. We loved the fact that we could unplug while we stayed, my husband and I both have very stressful jobs and being able to escape meant everything. It was in a quiet location with the most beautiful little fairytale tree out front. Great place to get away. I will definitely book again in the future.
