“We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas.”

“We treated ourselves to a stay at Summer Lodge to cebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We were greeted by friendly, professional and attentive staff. Our room was spotless and included two welcoming cocktails - much appreciated. Before dinner, we went for a swim in the hotel's pool and used their jacuzzi - an excellent facility which was even more enjoyable as we had the pool to ourselves! Dinner was superb and reflected the chef's high standards. Summer Lodge is not cheap but you are paying for...

“I had a 1 week stay there the room was large the a double and was comfortable room was clean and tidy bathroom the same and a very good location to walk to the town centre or you can catch a bus 30 or 54 to town ”
