“Very nice and exactly what we need after a long day at the fair, followed by a beautiful day in the surrounding area.”

“The property was as advertised and provided us everything we needed for a great family get together”

“Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. ”

“This house met all our needs and expectations for a little get away. It was cleaned very well, Host was so helpful, all beds were super comfortable and very soft sheets, bedrooms very spacious and so was living room area. Highly recommend this rental.”

“Clean, comfortable and updated home in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Lots of thoughtful touches in every room. Cheaper and nicer than staying in a hotel for what was provided. Excellent communication with the property owner. Look forward to staying here again the next time we visit our daughter in college.”

“The house was very nice and the hot tub was amazing. The owner was quick to respond if I had any issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Tanya was great. Always available.”

The apartment was charming… well decorated for relaxing, well stocked kitchen (I loved that there was a real coffee maker and not a Keurig!!), plenty of clean linens and comfy pillows and all the “extras” in case we forgot something. Location was quiet yet close to everything. Check in/out seamless. I would highly recommend this property!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!”

There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds fair size, the twin bed room was a sunroom ( all season room) so all windows. Shades missing and most didn't close - pretty room but not for sleeping. Door knob was not on so kept falling off...
