Nuestro condominio de arena de Nubia se encuentra en la exclusiva comunidad de condominios de Sugar Beach. Disfrutará de hermosas vistas frontales a la playa sin obstáculos y de un colorido follaje tropical.

Esta tranquila ubicación vigilada de seguridad está convenientemente ubicada cerca de Christiansted, el centro comercial Sunny Isles y a 20 minutos del Henry E. Aeropuerto de Rohlsen. La hermosa playa de arena blanca está literalmente a unos pasos de su condominio donde puede nadar, bucear o construir esos castillos de arena de sus sueños.

El espacio
Nubian Sand cuenta con una habitación con una suite King, un baño completo, ducha, aire acondicionado central, Wi-Fi gratis, TV de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar y 50 pulgadas en la habitación.

La cocina completa tiene una gran cantidad de vajilla, utensilios de cocina, vasos y utensilios y todos los electrodomésticos principales, que incluyen microondas, lavadora y secadora para su uso. Mientras descansa en la sala de estar, simplemente abra las puertas deslizantes y disfrute de la brisa del mar.

Apartment bietet alles, was man benötigt. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, Wäschetrockner ,Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind auch da.E -Herd und Ofen sowie ein großer Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle,Toaster Mixer Kaffeemaschine mit Dauerfilter komplettieren das Apartment. Es gibt ein veraltete klapprige laute zentrale Klimaanlage, die gut kühlt , aber nicht benutzt werden soll. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es extra modernere Splitgeräte zum kühlen, die auch nicht laut sind. Allerdings war die AC im Schlafzimmer an 2 Nächten defekt. Am Morgen nach der ersten Störung, kam der Reparaturmann statt gehen 8-8:30 erst gegen 10:00, und die Reparatur dauerte bis gegen Mittag, was uns den Vormittag damit ruinierte. Die Reparatur war anscheinend nicht gut, den die gleiche AC kühlte die letzte Nacht wieder nicht. Leider gibt es sehr viele Mücken, wenn die Kühlung versagt wird man im Bett zerstochen, also wären 2 Nächte nicht sehr entspannt. Das Gebäude befindet sich in direkter Strandlage, das hässliche Gitter vor dem Balkon kann man zu Seite klappen. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Leider ist das Meer voll von Seegras, was täglich weggeräumt wird, aber zum Baden ist es hier ungeeignet, aber da kann das Apartment nichts dafür. Der schöne warme Swimmingpool befindet sich auf der Strand abgeneigten Seite, man muss über den Parkplatz gehen, um da hin zu gelangen.

Fantastic place

We had no issues checking in. The place was very nice and we utilized the amenities and they were excellent. Plus Ginger the mascot was a wonderful greeter. Highly recommend and will book again.

Location is everything!

The unit is right on a private beach. There is lots of breeze which keeps the place cool. Christiansted is close as are grocery stores! Great place!

Very nice property. Enjoyed the option of full A/C in the unit or stepping on the spacious balcony. Close to grocery stores and downtown Christiansted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great ocean views

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach. It was great they cleared seaweed every day unlike some of the adjacent properties. The condo looked just like the pictures. The host was quick to repsond. Our favorite spot was the back balcony.

Wonderful beach front apartment!

This was our best stay by far in the Virgin Islands! The beach view was breathtaking. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the basket of extras- snacks, wine and spirits were so enjoyed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I would definitely stay here again. Great location and prompt responses from the host when needed. The thermostat was not accessible. The unit has AC throughout. It was slightly warm when we arrived but we were quite cold after a day or two.

View is Priceless...Soothes the Soul

This Condo was perfect for my 50th Birthday Vacay with my Hubs. The view is just so beautiful and mezmorizes you which makes it very hard to leave the balcony. Inside is just as perfect. It really has everything you need (the only thing missing was a box of tissues) The host was very easy to communicate with when neede. The pool is amazing and it's location to the condo is so convenient. The beach and snorkeling is just as great. We did explore alot of the Island but still have more to do on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful beach…

The people in the complex were very nice and extremely helpful about where to eat and where to go. However, the owner was not as much. When we arrived to the property it was very dirty (trash under the bed, hair in shower, poop in toilet, crumbs in sink, etc. instead of fixing the issues she argued with me about the place being cleaned.

Feels like a private beach

Great condo! We will book again soon. There was never more than 2 or 3 other people on the beach or at the pool. Condo well stocked. There was even a little basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. Christiansted is only a 30 min walk. 2 restaurants at the condos next door, I suggest Coral sea cafe. The last thing please fix the squeaky fan in the bedroom.

Property is awesome watching the sunrise each morningThe shower handel is broken fell right off once, one of the light switchs in the bathroom also broken and falling offWhen We arrived the AC & hot water were NOT on after a couple days We noticed this and being Owners of a HVAC company in upstate NY My Husband was able to turn the AC on I'm sure the AC & the Hot Water were suppose to be on and someone did NOT do their job. The gate to the beach code We received was incorrect the lock box number We received also was incorrect. The sliding door to the balcony was off the tract and My Husband alo fixed that. We changed the batteries in the clock and to Our shock...the clock does not work. Other than that St.Croix is beautiful
