  • Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops. Many new updates, all new linens and many extras. portable bedroom A/C, ceiling fans and two portable fans. New Weber charcoal grill. With a breath taking view, this vacation get away is sure to impress all! It sits less then 100 steps from the seawall. You have sweeping views up the coastline from east to west. With the combination of the view and the soothing sound of the surf breaking on the coral reefs, there is nothing that won't impress you with your time here! Enjoy the pool or venture out to enjoy the Island!!!!! Condo comes complete with most the items you will need for you stay. Fully supplied kitchen and bathroom from blow dryer to boogie boards! Grocery stores close by, for all your needs! Note: This is an older quiet community for relaxing.

Our host was amazing. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but Tracy was very attentive and helpful. The condo was nice and the ocean breeze was amazing. Perfect for our honeymoon!

We felt at home from the moment we arrived! Everyone was so friendly. The property and pool were beautifully maintained. And the views! Our condo was immaculate and our hosts anticipated every possible need, from water toys to extra towels and reef safe sunscreen! When our flight was delayed by a week, Tracy found a place for us to stay (new renters had reservation in our place) and the neighbors made us feel so included during a stressful time. Can’t say enough about our stay. We’ll be back again!

Relaxing

Overall stay was great! The location was less than 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go on the island. Locals were helpful and neighbors were quiet, amenities were great.

I held back on writing a review, but after thinking about it and remembering that this is a business and people like me save their money and want the best bang for their buck. First off the Waze app doesn't work the best on the island, found Google maps works a ton better. The condo is small and great for a couple. Tracy provides lots creature comforts, cooler, beach chairs, sun block, condiments, etc. You'll need to buy bottled water, can't drill for freshwater on the island. The unit has a single portable AC unit, and it keeps the bedroom somewhat comfortable. The rest of the unit get pretty warm, the fans take the edge off. The shower valve is backwards and does not get warm enough. The place has a good base, but needs some upgrades. The pool was redone recently and was good. The complex is clean and maintained, Anthony is doing a great job keeping the place up and deserves a raise and a helper. Thanks to Barbara, she went out of her way to help and showed us around. Everyone we met there was nice, very friendly. P.S. Foodtown is the most expensive grocery store in the area, shop around for better. Good luck driving on the wrong side of the road and watch out for potholes!! May 2026

Cant say enough good things about this place...it was a little oasis. Our hosts were so helpful and right there when we needed them...a wonderful time!

Best time in the is virgin islands

Property is so quaint, i was looking for a place to decompress and i wasnt disappointed. The property owner was so great very helpful with anything youneeded.

Winter escape

Quiet condo that worked well for our four night getaway. Location worked well for going either east or west on the island. Pool area right by the seawall was a nice place to sit and watch the sun rise or set.

Awesome little cottage on the water!

Great spot to vacation at, centrally located just about anywhere I wanted to go was 10-15 minutes away, perfectly convenient and for the price you absolutely can’t beat this deal best on the island the owner was super helpful and recommended all kinds of local spots that panned out great I would definitely come back again , highly recommend visiting the drinking pigs and visiting the tide pools!

Little piece of paradise

We had a wonderful time staying here! Cute little beach condo was just as advertised. Not far from town, quiet, friendly complex. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who was extremely helpful and very friendly. Looking forward to coming back!!

Came here for honeymoon

Came to st croix for a nice quiet relaxing honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. The owners were always there to answer whatever questions we had and had so many suggestions.

Winter getaway

Me and my husband stayed two weeks at these accommodations. I felt like I was at home. It was perfect for me and my husband ,close to everything.Tracy who manages the property answered every question that I had and went above and beyond with what I needed. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful spot to stay while in St Croix, this is. The beach is also very beautiful in this area..We plan on returning

Beautiful setting & great host

The host, Tracy, was fantastic. She went out of her way to make our stay there amazing.The complex is very quiet and quaint. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio and listening to the ocean waves. Watching the sun rise over the water was also beautiful. We recommend this stay in St CroixTracy is also knowledgeable about the island and can tell you good places to see. Her suggestions on restaurants was spot on!

Breezy and Sunny

This is a comfortable unit located right on the coast. The sounds of the surf provide a wonderful background for your stay in St. Croix. The whole property is well-maintained and quiet. The owners are great communicators, and checked in with us regularly to make sure that all was well. We enjoyed our stay!

Awesome

Tracy is the ultimate host. She has thought of everything imaginable to make your stay wonderful. The pool was great but the access to the ocean was a little rocky. If you walk out to the road and head east about 200 yards then take the path down to a gorgeous sandy beach you will be in heaven.

Wonderful Getaway!

The condo had everything that we could possibly need. The owners were so accommodating and very fast to respond to any questions. The little patio outside is the perfect place to sit and listen to the ocean. The pool is so nice and open late if you return home late. Wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay

This condo is the perfect place to stay. It’s in a quiet area and located on the water. We rented a jeep and it was only about 15 minute drive to Christiansted and 30 minutes to Frederiksted. The condo was very clean and stocked with almost everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable. Owner is very responsive.
