“The staff were nice, but the building was a little bit outdated. Only complaint was in the middle of the night. They called us that their transportation was there, but we never booked transportation and it ruined our sleep. Other than that, the hotel was enough if you just wanted to rest.”

“The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!”

“We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.”

“Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space.”

“Airport shuttle is on call. Rooms are over the restaurant/bar, likely noisy on weekend, but I was there during week. Restaurant and bar is open 24/7”

“Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. ”

“外装は相当古い、部屋はアメニィテー何もなし、セブティーボックスは壊れている。スタッフの人数が多いが、プールサイドやスタッフルームで大きな声でじゃれあって話している。一番きになるのが、防音です。隣りの声は丸聞こえ、ローカ挟んで向かい部屋の声も聞こえます。”

“The staff was not friendly a girl stole money and gold from my room. Although they have cctv the picture was horrible couldn't see her face. The room was horrible very old. The pool was excellent but a charge of100 php per person. We had to leave after one week because of conditions and staff i do not recommend that place”

“Room was extremely dirty. The toilet seat is brown and broken. The bed did not have sheets. Just unwashed blanket. The hotel is in very bad disrepair. Needs a huge renovation. The pictures were not accurate of the room you get. ”
