The breakfast doesn’t have a great selection. It is very limited in choices. However, the staff were very polite and rooms were very clean.

Staff was great. Facilities were clean modern. Had1:45am wake up from a very irritating Motorcycle revving his engine. Bed was terrible (rock hard) and strange non traditional pillows on the bed. Just average breakfast - Coffee at breakfast is a single serving machine and kind of poorly place in the dining area - people waiting for coffee to dispense are in the way of others trying get food. Condiments located far away from coffee besides.

The hotel was clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. The girl at he front desk was lovely. It is a great location if you are going to Old Glory Distillery or Buchanan Winery.

This is definitely a step (or more) up for Best Western, helping them compete with some of the nicer business class hotels. The property was very clean and the decor was nice. Comfy bed, good pillows, nice bathroom (it had a roll-in shower for accessibility). Water pressure was GREAT and the water temperature was also GREAT. Standard hotel breakfast with Belgian waffles, sausage, eggs of some sort, cereals, yogurt, bagles, all that stuff. I had two criticisms, which would in no way would be deal-breakers. 1.) In the shower stall, the ceiling drywall was bulging and cracked, probably water damage from the next floor up. Hope they fix it so mold doesn't grow. 2.) On the breakfast bar, if someone is standing by the toaster, waiting for it to pop, you can't get to the plates, utensils, napkins, etc. It's just a bad design, so if management is reading this, maybe a different configuration would help. Overall, a really good overnight experience.

Stayed one night, called hotel direct they said they had no rooms, went online and booked it, get there the bathroom was dirty and toilet did work. The pillows were built for children , what you couldn’t give people real pillows? My husband wanted add that at least the pillows were fluffy.The breakfast was fine, just condensed and very busy, I would suggest going early. The only thing that saved the whole experience was the regional manager was there and actually cared about the hotel, she was so nice. No I didn’t go crazy Karen just told her about the toilet so they could fix it before the next guest.

Worth the price
Overall good room. Heat and air worked well, and room was clean, decent location. Only complaint is lack of cable TV, or a smart TV.

Horrible customer service experience.
Horrible experience. We booked rooms in November but the hotel decided to book out our rooms for a WWE event in town instead. We even called the night before our stay to confirm our 2 queen reservation because a friend got booted out of her room too and the employee confirmed it. We booked a 2 queen but when arrived they tried to tell us we booked a 1 double bed room. I showed my reservation. They booked us at a sister hotel and they manager said she would give us a major discount and would hook us up for the inconvenience. The price different was only $29 and when looking later - the hotel she rebooked us at, she didn’t give us a discount, the rooms just went at a lower rate but she sure told us she gave us a discount. Disgusting.

Pleasant Hotel
I enjoyed my stay. I was a little surprised though when I could hear the folks next door talking. The walls are a bit thin, but other than that, no problems. I will be back next month.

We stayed a night on our road trip to Georgia. What we needed was a clean, comfortable room for a great nights sleep and that’s what we got. The room was large for our group of four. Was nice to have 2 TVs and a couch. The shower was great. No complaints on the room or hotel. The free breakfast was nothing great, could use some improvement. Would stay again when I’m the area.

The room and facility overall seemed clean enough. Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom seemed new and of good quality and worked well. That was nice to see. Pillows were the little square squishy things that don’t provide enough head and neck support. Black-out window blinds had one side disconnected from the traveling rail so the curtains would not completely close, and this did not provide black-out conditions. Very inconvenient. Breakfast “fried eggs” were barely recognizable as eggs and had the consistency of cardboard. Not appetizing. Orange juice seemed very watery. Many of the breakfast containers were marked as recyclable, but the hotel evidently does not have a way to recycle? Several of the items were #2 plastic, for which recycling collection is nearly always available. Surely more recycling options are available in a town with a university and a nearby Army base.

No shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. Towels kept above the toilet. There’s plenty of room on that back wall for a towel rack and a place to hang them. (One hook is over the light switch, really??)

We stayed 3 nights and the room was very comfortable. I felt very safe. Located near a ton of food and shopping options. We found Clarksville to be a nice area over all. Attractions we had time to do: Riverwalk, Dunbar Cave, Bell Cave and the Elk/Bison Prairie drive. Be aware some tours end in Sept and October.

Ok stay.
The room was fine however, the tv would go out on some of the channels. Also, the website advertised a bar which was not open.
